Basically there seem to be three serious choices here to me

Absolute bitch move after we already voted to let the hostages go, but at the end of the day, these hostages don't mean much to us if we believe the other options place us in direct opposition to the main Titans
2.
Shoot Bask, allow Leila and Four to act. We bank on shock factor to let us take down Bask's team before they realise what is happening. A shocking display of insubordination, but Bask's orders are stupid and he will keep on opposing us and making shit decisions as long as he is alive. There are a lot more moments where he can turn up and ruin things if he's left alive, so you could call this long-term thinking. Jamitov will really dislike this even if Bask went over his head here, and might go so far as to strip us of our command (we would reject this, of course, but it basically would force us into Scirocco's camp).

Disable Bask, allow Leila and Four to act
Letting them "act" hopefully does not mean killing anyone in this case. After all, we are demonstrating non lethal measures ourselves, and Four has shown several times that she prefers mission kills to catastrophic kills. We are basically gambling here that Jamitov has not approved Bask's mission here, if we are right then Jamitov is pleased we defused the situation without killing any of his men, if we are wrong then it's insubordination and we didn't even get to kill Bask while becoming traitors.
Not readying Leila and Four just needlessly reduces our available force in case things get really bad here imo. Bask's men may well try and gun us down as soon as we touch him.

As long as you have a wall of units to body block, the only threat to Balls are units that fire from outside of a 2 block range. But even most low and mid tier Zeek mobile suits that engage them at close range either end in a DKO or take heavy damage, which in terms of resource and muns is a way better deal than two squads of damaged MS as I can shit out like six to nine balls for the cost of one souped up GM.

I was retarded and burned five turns sitting around mass producing GM SK's and Balls while waiting for Zero to pop up because I wanted him for Part 2 and completely forgot to start the research to get him earlier. I wanted to actually be done around Turn 60 but bit the bullet. I guess I can stall out for another couple of turns now that I've gotten Zeon's unit count down to a manageable amount (we both started the battle with about 120 units. I currently have about 80, and they had 45 when this round of fighting started. They should have about twenty by now just eyeballing the map. After my aces killed their aces the fight got a whole lot easier - particularly after Char and Chalia went down. Cima and Chalia were the only non retarded AI, Amuro didn't even fight Char, I just fucking obliterated the Char M'Quve Delaz stack with a crossfire of Buster Launcher MAPs. Since the AI clumped most of their non-MA aces up I was able to do a fuck ton of damage to all of them and sweep up what was left without eating too much damage.)

Redressing and readying himself to speak with the Emissary, Kamille is stopped as he is embraced by Leila outside of his room.

The go to space options are a trap. If we leave Bask on Earth it will just lead to him killing Blex and pushing things in the canon direction for the Titans. If we stay on Earth and keep Beltorchika we can train another Newtype for our forces and can prevent Char from giving his speech later. From the sounds of it Jamitov is looking to find all the pro AEUG groups in the Senate to recruit later.

For one Bask and Kamille are enemies for life now. Sending him to space is an effort by Jamitov to protect Kamille. As Bask will take opportunities to hurt and kill Kamille if he's in reach. Second Blex dying is completely in the Titans favor and Char's speech happens much later in the series. So Kamille would just be waiting around for quite awhile.

For those reasons I think we should go to space. Meet back up with Jerid, keep fighting AEUG so we keep getting stronger, and regain Jamitov's trust. Show him that the blowup with Bask was just a fluke and that something like it won't happen again.

You're OK for Delaz but the game will hit you with the Axis wall after them so you'll have to farm them until Lv. 22 which is when you get the best unit in the game.

It seems early to kill Jamitov, Kamille lacks allies or a power base within the Titans command. I can't believe they've taken California Base away from us just because we got knocked out. Anyway, we need to help Jerid and Scirocco against whatever Mezun is doing, it helps that we are dodging Azul and Quattro a bit longer, maybe it will be like a repeat of the attack on California where we can just dunk on lower tier AEUG aces. I voted to keep her and go to space but my first instinct was to send her to a black site. She will cause problems with us, but syrupman may brain dick her if he meets her. Sending her to assassinate jamitov puts bask in charge which makes a titans civil war immediate. Staying on earth has no real purpose I can foresee. Sending her to a black site mostly just takes her off the board until she comes back a fucked up retard but preserves the fragile status quo for a bit longer.

I can't remember why the fuck we had Beltorchika on our ship all this time or if it was even mentioned, but I thought she would be handed over to Jamitov immediately when we went to Dakar, which would have been a gift for the supreme commander, but strangely enough, we were never given the option.
I think we should get rid of her in Guantanamo and keep our rank in space. If we comply Jamitov will keep Bask away from us for a while. The event in Dakar will happen, and we couldn't stop it without an obvious act of treason against the Titans, and we are powerless on Earth so fuck it.
