Personally I think there could have been more potential if they were allowed more episodes. I like the idea of gunpla battle being VR broadcasted by drones in a designated area and 'teams' in this case all play a pivotal role like you have the pilot, the mechanic, and the tech guy and such. The only real shortcomings aside from being too short are the drama with Imaizumi never really getting addressed or resolved, and most of the team names are bland as shit.
