>>23704173no I thought the story was fine, it's just the pacing and the direction were kind of all over the placethe movie doesn't look bad but it seemed to me like it kind of goes from one set piece to another in a disjointed way, for example the big cool mecha fight looks awesome but it doesn't last enough for you to get to enjoy the designs so it just ends up feeling tacked in (which I don't mind, being a mecha fan and all I'm all for it but it just adds up to the overall feel of the movie being kinda messy)don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to nitpick the movie or anything, it's just the way I felt when watching it
