It was fresh an innovative in 1979, he expanded the theme significantly in Zeta, and then tied a bow on the plot arcs with CCA.The man only knows how to tell one story, and I'm no longer a teenager interested in the childish antics of his protagonists. Yeah, I know cartoons are made for kids (yes, anime is just a style of cartoon), but that hasn't stopped others like from branching out, or at least exploring different themes even if they stay in the kid's demographic.Tomino isn't bad, but he's only able to do one thing. The later series are just that same thing over and over, so that makes them bad.
