Utsunomiya got demoted to a VP but got transferred upon his promotion, I don't know how's the pay of other divisions compared to the tokusatsu division since theoretically Utsunomiya is in a similar position as to when he was making toku.Regardless Minato will probably be promoted again really quickly, I don't know what will happen to Matsuura but at most he'll probably get demoted to a VP and climb quickly again.

With Gavan Infinity it's weird because at least for this first quarter they aren't a team so I'm scared that Bushido and Luminous might not get enough focus, I want to believe they will because Tomioka is pretty good at handling big casts and concepts when he stays as head writer from start to end, but that's the thing, will he actually stay this time unlike Boonboomger?>>23715779Zeztz is pretty great so far, but you have to admit it's a weaker start compared to most Rider shows, but that really isn't due to the cast being smaller but rather that most of the victims of the week being weaker than usual, Takahashi is inconsistent as a writer when it comes to cases of the week, like with Zero-One an Lupin III had good cases of the week while Ex-Aid were weaker but still had the main cast relationships to hook you. Zeztz has the weaker victims of the week like Ex-Aid but due to the structure the producer is going with it doesn't have the cast dynamics to compensate, it's far from a bad show and the second quarter is a big improvement so far but yeah.

For me what made the show so messy were 3 things, Matsuura screwing with Houtaro's character early on which made his character less believable, Tasaki removing scenes that further explained the villains' and Houtaro's characterization and Uchida being indecisive with Houtaro. I have issues with how Hasegawa and Akiko handled some things too but the way the staff screwed with Houtaro even after the actor improved around the second quarter really soured the show for me.

I'd rather Utsunomiya had been transferred back into toku immediately after Omori left and I still don't get why they didn't considering Shirakura decided to promote Minato and Matsuura early and Tsukada brought Yanaka and Kuji from other division due to them being short-handed, even if LuPat and Zyuohger sold poorly and had poor critical reception upon release both of those shows found success years after their release and both Shinkenger, Gokaiger and ToQger are among the most popular Sentai of all time, so it's extremely bizarre to not bring him back.
