Hathaway and gang leave the ship and the captain is seen walking around on board and then they zoom out to a submarine approaching it and then cut to Kenneth announcing that they sank the Mafty ship No frontal nudity, Julia topless and Gigi nude only from behind. Some gore from the aftermath of Kimberley's massacre but they cut away from it very fast. The big surprise is yeah a new fight against Lane in his new thing. The fight is not "dark" as it takes place in broad daylight, but it is hard to see what's going on because his stupid thing zips around in what I think is an MA mode really fast through clouds and smoke so you literally never get a chance to look at it ever. It's basically impossible to see until it gets hit and purges the parts to become MP Nu. Reminded me of the multiplayer version of the final boss of ACVD (not-white glint with the VOB attached). The MP Nu doesn't get much real action either because once it appears Hathaway starts tripping balls and hallucinates that he's fighting the actual Nu Gundam instead.Amuro's ghost (also Quess) nag at Hathaway throughout this whole fight and there's recycling of lines from CCA where Amuro goes "why is the son of the man who fought alongside us doing this" (remixing "why is the man who fought alongside us") and Hathaway straight up quotes Char with "then why don't you give the ignorant masses that knowledge".They mix CG and hand-drawn stuff and the CCA CG looks like absolute dog shit. There's a VERY bad cut of a close-up of the Nu taking up the whole screen for a full 5-10 seconds and it looks horrid. The Alpa Aziel isn't as bad but also looks flat and there's a very weird cut where they show it getting shot and exploding and it shifts from CG to hand-drawn before/after getting shot. And yeah they confirmed that this is the movie timeline, Chen killed Quess and Hathaway killed Chen.And Hathaway won't shut the fuck up about how ashamed of how horny he is.
