Great series but the animation was rather lacking and didn't do the cool premise justice outside of a few particular moments. I would love a sequel series or movie that could deliver on that. Damn shame there's so few modern kits too.

does anybody have the drama CD that came with the Japanese G Gundam blu ray set?Or has the whole set including the menus and extras downloaded from Nyaa? I'm stuck downloading at 99% for the first box of the set>>23724894I admit, I haven't seen much Gundam outside of G, but are most of them not not particularly well animated?
I am also watching this for the first time now and it's my first Gundam series It's got incredible sound design and a killer ost, and even if the animation isn't incredible I still think it's aesthetics blow away a lot of modern anime with their over polished shiny and soulless looks. I just finished the Canada episode, looking forward to more. I love the mobile suits and how goofy they are, it reminds me a lot of punch out.
