You can heavy stagger a RF Kampfer, at least knocking it out of the air or making it stun, go into melee so he has to dodge or eat the downswing. If he dodges stun with your BR, then go in again. RF Gelgoog is especially good against Full Armor Zeta, and Proto Psycho.
