Earth arc is literally the only good part then it goes full retard with Bright giving the worst person possible his job and then a fucking bizarre return to early episodes hijinks. Final two episodes have great moments.

The main cast is still largely really likeable but not enough to carry the rest of the show. Might be different for you so give the post-15 stuff a try because that's more standard Gundam stuff.
