Music video director gets to produce an anime about Nihilism and living underground with gangs in poverty. None of it makes sense in the end and the show only really begins around episode 8.

Which ends up being a fucking terrible decision because the show was almost halfway over by then.

Its an astonishingly overrated show only recommended to you by people who want you to suffer like they did.
