Toei is doing this with Dragon Ball Super, and going by that it's an AI "redraw" with fine tuning by animators.Difference though is Toei is open about AI tech and has invested a lot of money into it to make it look half decent, whereas Sunrise can't even get CGI mecha to move correctly so I have no hope this is going to look anywhere close to decent.
