That also blatantly conflicted with his battle with Domon in Guyana, where Master Asia not only starts rapidly aging as Master Gundam partially regenerates after Gold Shining Gundam wrecks it but Master Asia gets clearly vaporized on screen by God Gundam only to return alive and back to his original appearance 5 minutes later in Hong Kong, which is impossible unless he was DG infected. That was clearly a change in the writing later on
