>>23868854I would bet (a small amount of) money that they're going to have AI remake the original frame by frame in the Origin art style, spend the smallest amount they can to have real artists come and touch everything up so that it wasn't "made by AI" and just leave the original voice track in place so they can say "isn't it sweet that Sayla still has her original voice 50 years later?" and they'll skip Doan since there's already a whole movie for that in Origin style.

It's gonna be a complete remake, that's the only thing that makes sense for a 50th anniversary and 3 years away. Otherwise it's gonna be embarrassing if it's just a 4k remaster that already exists.

They probably would run out of worthy heroes to do for RG, so do the OYW main MS roster.Maybe it is going to be a theatrical release OVA in chapters like Yamato and LOGH and Code Geass and Patlabor EZY, skipping the monster of the week battles so total length close to the 25 episodes.
