[SERIOUS QUESTION]I want to upgrade my painting gear (I'm using a cheap entry level stuff). I've decided on my airbrush, but I'm not sure about the compressor.My top pick is HobbyMio HM-05 Pro V2 because of its size and price. So the HG Barbatos Adapt has arrived in Japan, and has fixed just about every single problem on all the frames through a pair of new plates. Now, remind me of the differences between the Gundam Frame 2 (Kimaris frame) and Gundam Frame 3 (Gusion Rebake frame) and how they differ from the Gundam Frames 1 (Astaroth frame, also paired with the Barbatos 4th Form) and 4 (general frame for everyone else). Because if they share the same chest, shoulder and hip frames, then transferring the Gundam Frame 5 (append parts introduced with the Adapt) to all others is gonna be seamless.

EGs can be more than just for people to pick up gunpla, it can be good for people who want to take the hobby further and learn to paint or modify. And it's not like Bandai doesn't know there's a demand. I know they've got some gundam base exclusive 'painting model' that's more expensive than the normal version, which feels backwards. The stuff like re-colors, special coating, clear color/ transparent kit yeah I get making it special releases, but the painting models should be retail and priced cheaper.
