I like fembots who look human too but I also like the ones who are clearly robotic, and they're almost never playable without caveats. Aria from ZZZ is in her human form 90% of the time, although you can walk around the hub areas with her fat robot ass and thighs if you want. Hell ZZZ alone has a lot of fembots but most of them are NPCs. If you like male robots though you're actually pretty well covered between Banyue and both versions of Billy. Dushevnaya from Girl's Frontline 2 is practically naked and the only human looking part of her is her head, but she got a skin that turns her into a fleshbag too. There's also SOP who has a bare metal arm but I don't know if she's made it to the sequel yet.
