I honestly cannot stand Zeztz anymore I feel like I've just been bored out of my fucking skull for who knows how many fucking episodes.
Sieg has been okay spicing it up but in a sense that's just another problem with the show. The actively hostile, antagonistic, violent, and insane "tertiary" feels like the only fucking character in the show with "proper" motivations and a backstory. I just don't give a flying fuck about Baku and I don't even know why Nox is in this show. Actually kind of related to Sieg having an actual interesting backstory, holy fucking shit Lady was so utterly wasted this whole fucking show. Super creepy backstory and she was insane in a pretty unsettling way. Which means it was actually awesome that she just stood in a room and looked out a window for 90% of the show.
Takahashi needs a long fucking break after this, it feels extra bad since I don't think any of this shows flaws are super egregious maddening fuckups (well, maybe Nox's entire existence and role) but it just feels like a bunch of completely amateurish and lazy mistakes that didn't even make some awful train wreck like Revice, we just have some boring blob.
Also lastly the action has been crap for so long now I have no idea what the fuck happened.
Also it's mildly annoying seeing what feels like the rest of the overseas fanbase act like this show is so cool and interesting. I have no fucking idea how anybody is watching this and feeling anything more than utter boredom at this point.

Really? I thought aside from people who were new to the franchise really liking it I thought the opinion in general was mixed, or at least it was that way early on.
Personally it's a 7/10 since aside from Nox I'm not really overtly mad at anything and have been able to have fun for most of the show, but the story as a whole is too flawed to be an 8. But yeah I don't blame anyone from hating the show, I also don't get what's up with the action since WataJun is usually great, maybe he doesn't mesh well with Kami? With King-Ohger I also found all the non-mecha action to be pretty weak although for different reasons from Zeztz. Regardless Takahashi REALLY needs to take a break, he's not versatile enough to make his shows feel unique when airing close to each other unlike Kobayashi or Inoue.

Granted it obviously had some problems, but I don't think it's crazy for people to see how fun Donbros was and want to see him take a stab at Kamen Rider again too. And yeah you can bring up the Faiz 20th movie but for everything you can say about that movie it was AT LEAST entertaining.

Because he's an aggressive maverick who doesn't work well with most producers who don't give him wiggle room? Shirakura just lets him do whatever.

Most other writers venerate him and aggressively copy his work. Sho Aikawa cited Inoue as the only reason the second Garo anime was able to even finish due to his competence as a writer. Takatera loves him and saw him as the only guy who could contend with Arakawa for Kuuga (And was frustrated when Inoue didn't want to do scab work over Arakawa following a series of filming delays for episode 13 onwards). Arakawa himself also praised Inoue while recognizing he was someone you could not put constraints on.

You need to understand that hatred of Inoue was a product of two things:
1. EOPs relying on dogshit TLs
2. J3Ls failing to understand the language and complicating things further

Funny you mention Kabuto because Tendou is literally based on Inoue. That's how much Japanese writers love him. It's also midwit behavior to think two bad shows — both of which had plenty of spectacular episodes that could've only happened with his writing and both up to their ribs in executive meddling in an attempt to recapture financial success after severe financial losses — suddenly dismiss the rest of his work.

I don't care for Inoue, but although Zeztz is that up to a point, it's also doing that specifically to highlight the main character in this case.

Rider can very well work with dysfunctional relationships among the main Riders, if you allow each one to lead their own plots, but Zeztz can't do that because it's trying to position "Zeztz" in this central spotlight above everyone else, so all the Riders that clash with him or can't work alongside him for some reason have that happening either to be positioned as antagonists for Zeztz OR just so they aren't taking spotlight away from Zeztz as the real hero of the show, not in service of their own stories.

A lot of the issues ultimately come down to this.

Despite your delusional theories, he's obviously not blacklisted since they keep bringing him back to work on stuff, some of which is important like Donbrothers and the new Agito movie. He just stopped working as much from the 2010s onward, and it wasn't just for Toei Toku but TV shows in general. Maybe he just got tired because in the 2000s he was writing for up to 5 shows at once.

Anon why are you acting as if we didn't know why every Kamen Rider head writer was hired? They're really public about it. Inoue was just hired a lot in early Heisei due to Shirakura producing most of it, after Decade Shirakura became president so they stopped and even then he would occasionally help with specials and movies all while working on the Kuuga Manga that's still ongoing. Aside from Shirakura most producers don't seem to enjoy working with him due to him not caring about toys, but that's just a theory by nip netizens and there's no source for that.
Also when it comes to Akiko while Matsuura didn't want her to be the head writer for Gozyuger that doesn't mean he didn't want to work with her, he cited that he liked her writing and she'll probably get picked again, he just didn't want her to do Gozyuger because she had only watched 3 Sentai shows which isn't convinient for an anniversary.

Inoue's only "certain condition" is to just let him write without executive meddling. Takahashi's best work requires excessive meddling (Ark-One was pushed by production staff and not him, for example). Komura needed another fujo on production (Takebe) to help facilitate her ideas. Akiko Inoue just isn't good at writing long-form drama and needed a lot of handholding. Putting Inoue in the same league as everyone else is just unfair to him, especially when unlike the rest he has a proven track record under numerous conditions ranging from "Sentai will literally die if you don't knock it out of the park" to "Sega gave us too much money, do whatever the Hell you want" where he put out classic shows that are still highly influential in his field to this day.

If Inoue got picked to make Rider today he will most likely not make a show as good Jetman, Agito, Mikazuki, 555 or Donbrothers but rather something like Kiva. It really hinges of whether the new producers can reach the sweetspot Shirakura has when handling him which I don't have much faith on aside from Matsuura. Takahashi is the same where if he gets picked again he can just make Geats/Zeztz-tier shows or worse because there are no producers right now that know how tardwrangle him.
But Shirakura is close to retirement and he said he wants his last project to be with Inoue and Tasaki again so maybe we can get a Rider season by them soon-ish? Although realistically it'll probably be a movie or an adult show.
