I heard the writers regretted pairing her with Trixie because it hurt her marketability with little girls since Trixie is a only liked by bronies, any truth to that? I like Startrix but I really would have loved more episodes with the m6. So much potential was left untapped. Glim feels like a main character trapped in a side character's role, such a shame how underutilized she is.

How would Glimmy react to Pinkie in Feeling Pinkie Keen you think?I think Glimmy is more open-minded in general and she happily plays along with stuff like this like how she treated Boulder as a regular person. Instead of trying to disprove Pinkie Sense skeptically like Twilight does, I think she'd experiment with it to see how it works and how it can be utilized to Pinkie's advantage, like labbing out combos in training mode. I imagine placing Pinkie under an apple tree AJ is bucking one of the funny tests used.Pinkie is probably the m5 Glimmy is the closest with, not just because of screentime. They're connected by Maud and baking was the hobby most liked in ELTSD that she picked it up for herself. I love how Starlight subtly learns to like new things like that such as when she went camping with the m6, even though she had a slightly bad experience the first time, she later collected spices for camping. But yea, Pinkie and Glimmy have some natural chemistry, they both love friendships and the value of getting to know your neighbors and friends, basically being friends with everyone, which is important for them in different ways, and they simply like making the world a happier place for ponies. Starlight still has so much potential chemistry left untouched with the m5 though, I pretty much think she can get along with everyone on some level.
