Lovemaking with AI mares!
Thanks to anon who made kiro script month ago, now it's almost dead but there's new similar vibecoded chink ide with similar preview kind of approach around the corner (on their site it says they've got claude but i'm not sure, answering similar to claude as per my experience but still have some doubts)

>>42490874
is there a lorebook? can't seem to find one, only presets
>>42491011A lorebook for what? G4 as a whole? There's none, because most models already know about it, so it would just be a huge waste of tokens. If there are things they miss that are important to you, then it's better to focus only on those, same if you have headcanons. An anon did that with Harmonizer, for instance: https://mlpchag.neocities.org/lorebooks For smaller local models, they can get a lot of details wrong, but in that case you'll need something that both fixes the knowledge gaps and doesn't eat too many context tokens.
>>42491039I was thinking about a lorebook that was only at the start of the seriesmost lorebooks have info that's throughout the entire series and includes endgame stuff like twi as an alicorn which messes up with the model's perception of timeor even something like a lorebook with a per episode entryI prefer to do fanfiction like runs from the beginning

>>42491643It's not just you, I'm not getting any successful responses on any of my Gemini API keys.
>>42491654At all or just 2.5 pro? I see it does the thinking in console then just quits. I deleted anything that might be seen as rule breaking and started a fresh chat and everything. The best I got was using some unicode to distract it but then it only returned "*character does thing" with no closing asterisk and cut off etc.
>>42491667They're having problems with free 2.5 Pro since weeks. Flash is often good, but there can be rarer periods where it's down too. Nothing to do on your end.
so uhhh, there's no lorebook from the start of the series? I guess I can just edit the g4 one and remove some info
>>42491689would be nice, im tired of alicorn twi living in in a crystal castle version of golden oaks
>>42491702yeah I have some ideas about doing a corruptive influence type thing and starting with twi already being an alicorn is skipping all the fun stuffideally, there would be a basic lorebook with world lore at the start of the series, and another one with an episode by episode plot guide/summary so I could simply enable the next entry to move to the episode I wantbut that will probably be a lot of work
>>42491689you are asking a wrong question. models have no idea what is "before" and "after". they cannot think chronologically. they do not know that the parasprite infection happened before Starlight Glimmer, or during Running with Leaves Twi had no wings. models only know word combinations and they exist in the same plain axis, not as a retrospective cause-n-consequence. it is impossible for model to tell what happened before S3 because the concept of "seasons" does not apply. and any attempt to fix it via lorebooks is a weak idea cause you are hinting the model a possible connection it should not be aware of in first place>please do not write about Starlight Glimmer, she doesn't exist>gee, thanks, human, I had no idea I could have put Starlight in this scene, nothing hinted at the fact she may be present there, but now you told me to not include Starlight, and I will keep it in mind that Starlight should not exist, but you said nothing about Our Town so here is a Party Favor from Our Town visited, enjoysorry but you have to fix the local fucked ups yourself>model has generated "princess Twilight Sparkle ruffed her wings and trotted closer">click "pause generation">change to "unicorn Twilight Sparkle trotted closer">click "continue generation"you dropped "unicorn" next to "Twilight Sparkle". it looks odd, but now model has a lesser chance to bring up her wings or princesshood, or alicornism. continue until the next fuck up. automated solution via prompting does not exist or will be as annoying as self-correction above
>>42491702I'm pretty sure that having a lorebook with early season info won't help. Models already have that. The problem is that they also have late season info at their base, and they're still too dumb (even the biggest ones) to always make the distinction depending on the context. Even with a lorebook like this, the model will still call Twilight the Princess of Friendship by mistake, because that's just in the dataset it was trained on and you can't remove that. The best you can do is try with instructions in the cards/presets, or go heavy-handed in the context of your chat. You can also correct the AI manually or tell it to correct things during your RP.
>>42491719I know this, but if the lore entry for Twilight says she's now an alicorn princess and the lore entry for Discord says he's redeemed himself, and there's a lore entry about the elements of harmony and who they all belong to then it automatically makes connections in the prompt that I dont want to exist yet just by virtue of being in the lorebookthe model without these might obviously make some mistakes, but you can reroll and edit that specific instance instead of fighting with every swipeif you are more specific and tell it that we are now in a specific episode then it will trigger it to be more constrained to what it already "knows" about that episode
>>42491733If you're too lazy to make a fucking basic bitch lorebook that would take you less words than you've already spent whining about it ITT then you deserve nothing but Pygmalion for a month.
>>42491800Tell her it's natural for a meat eater to gravitate towards the thing in town closest to a cow, a pig, and a duck all at once.
>>42491802why would I use pygmalion? please contain your schizophrenic outbursts while I'm trying to have a normal conversation
>>42491689harmonizer lorebook doesn't seem so bad, i just cut out the extracanonical/headcanony stuff
>>42491805Can I score with this line?
>>42491733All you have to do is establish that the action takes place in the time period of the first seasons, where Twilight is not yet Alicoon and blah blah blah. Put your instruction somewhere where the model will not lose it, for example in the author's notes at a small depth.>>42491802Get lost, tourist.

>>42491828>ST never inserts author's notes in my installation for some reason so I just added a prefillThat's odd. Really odd. Have you tried doing a fresh install to see if that could fix it?
>>42491837no, I've had this one for ages and I don't want to break anythingmaybe it broke when I switched from main to staging a couple of months ago, author's notes worked at the startor maybe it's the condense prompts setting

Just a little more testing. I'm still trying to tune in villain generation. This time it actually made something not totally lame, even if it's a gay alien moth from outerspace. Previously it nearly always made stallion unicorns for some reason.
>>42491977>even if it's a gay alien moth from outerspace.kek
>>42491977I don't WANT to wait for you to finish testing I want to play with this card NOW (please)
>>42491990I do not why, but stallions like Double Diamond or Thorax do things to me, even if I wouldn't exactly describe myself as gay
So how much worse is Flash for the VN?
>>42492021That's called being bisexual.
>>42492048It should be fine for slice of life or convos with the ponies, and it should respect the right format too. It's not totally retarded, just more so than Pro. A shame the model has been getting fucked like that recently.
>>42492067I thought fucking the models was the whole point of this general?
>>42492057Most likely true. Though I tried being bisexual, but I find most men revolting (in the romantic sense). Bear with me since I am drunk. But there are certain archetypes which gets the old thinking-machine fantasizing
>>42492077that's called having a specific taste in peopledo you think people like all women?
>>42492077Yeah. As >>42492088 says, it happens that your tastes in men are narrower than your tastes in mares (not uncommon desu, there's a reason femboys are popular), but if the male part is not an inherent turnoff then you're probably bi.
https://litter.catbox.moe/wqhcg9n0nw00umbt.pngSo it's a story card, with an outline that changes the mechanics based on simple events. It experiments with two things in it, otherwise it's vanilla mlp + you, the player. For the first hour you'll see a timer and you can do what you like, then something happens and mane6 is searching for you (parallel to your story). Another thing happens once they find you.Works with the new deepseek, but only with reasoning enabled. You might need to edit Twilight's mathspeak. I you want to skip the mane6 chase then drop somewhere where they live, like Ponyville.>>42491999Can't refuse to Apple Bloom.>>42492021consider they both have unusual voices iirc
>>42492088Of course not, but people usually don't have intersections with their own gender. Maybe I'm just fag for the fantasy of adelphopoiesis and not actually of the reality of it
>>42492126No idea what the fuck you're talking about but liking a specific type of male or female bodytype or personality is nothing special or unique.
>>42492128No worries, I just had that drunk need-to-talk vibe and jumped in
>>42491370what JB? i like the format
>>42492200What are you roleplaying, anon?
>gemini constantly gives ponies thumbs and does not seem to comprehend how quadrupeds would interact>but picks up on how a unicorn's magic colouration is usually that of the eyes, not the coatEvery other model fails to do this. Just a small detail I noticed
>>42492270have you tried using a lorebook like ACZ? I think the anatomy there is mainly towards more normal horses than actual ponies but it's very specific
>>42492285ACZ? what's that
>>42492317https://rentry.org/anatomically-correct-zoo#tldr-im-not-reading-all-that-what-is-thisit's pretty modular so you can only enable the pony parts, or even specific pony parts like the body only
>>42492270NTA, but adding something in the prefill or the instructions for quadrupedy helps quite a lot. Wasn't a fan of the Anatomy Lorebooks.
>>42488656What does ozone smell like?
>>42492367It's the smell you smell when it's raining or there's a thunderstorm IIRC.
>>42492406Oh well, then it's really weird that LLMs chose this specific smell as the default for "it smells strange". I don't think I ever read a line in a book or a short story that mention the smell of ozone.
>>42492432it's just one of those things that for some reason was overexpressed in the trainingevery time you see it in the response you should edit it, otherwise literally every single reply after that will also include it
>>42492432It's sometimes linked to spellcasting in fanfics or other works. But the weird thing is that all models suddenly developed a deep love of it at approximately the same time. There have always been incestuous isms since they train on the same sources, but still.
>>42492432Ozone is an alternate form of molecular oxygen made with three atoms instead of two. It generates when oxygen is exposed to sufficient energy, if I remember right. Cosmic rays in the upper atmosphere for example, but lighting bolts will also create it. Hence it's become synonymous in fiction with powerful energy discharges, and magic, and especially in pony fanfiction. This actually goes together with another current -ism that is less clearly noticed but still present right now in all models, which is magical discharges. Any character with a horn if placed in a sufficient situation of distress will have magic shooting randomly from it. Particularly easily observed with deepseek since it's easy to get it to ism. I can suggest the Rarity Advocate card since I consistently used to get it with her, try to mess with her mind on deepseek and you're sure to get it as she gets nervous, but I've seen it on other characters too in Claude lately. Just today with Chrysalis for example.
>>42492454ah, it makes sense. I stay away from most amateur fantasy since it's usually more derivative. The few times I tried it read a lot like an llm despite being a few years old. Now that I think of it, it's probably the source for thaumaturgy meme too. The consequence is twilight nerding about resonances and harmonies of my fart.
Actually, it's around 50% of the time for farts.
>>42492324>ive written equine entries so it could/should potentially apply to MLP(ponies), but ive yet to actually find a good mlp card to do proper testing. Not sure I wanna know what a furry would consider a "good" pony card
>>42492592probably something that isn't>this is hors>sexthe pony cards on chub are pretty low quality to be fair, and they seem to be randomly purging and hiding old onesdid you try the lorebook or are you another anon?
>>42492602Nah, didn't try it. I have a very basic one of my own that I use for poner anatomy.
>>42492607[STATUS EFFECT({{char}} is not shaped like a human, {{char}} is animalistic in physiology and biology(and why it’s imperative to portray the discrepancy)): {{char}} does not have human physiology or biology({{char}} stands on all fours(quadrupedal(forehooves and hindhooves)), {{char}} does not possess hands with opposable thumbs(instead have hooves(blunt, no precision, incapable or struggles with fine motor control and manipulation of objects(blunt and heavy hooves aren't designed for human-like tasks(grasping, holding, carrying, lifting, writing(relies almost exclusively on the use of magical manipulation(in the case that {{char}} is established to be of the unicorn/alicorn race))))))), {{char}} is comparatively small in relation to the size of {{user}}(generally bigger than {{char}}(marginally so), measuring from {{char}}'s hooves to top of head, vantage points(eye level) vary wildly between individual species and breeds(potentially eye-level with {{user}}’s(knees(filly, colt), waist(earth pony, pegasus, unicorn), torso(alicorn)(depends on established height and race of {{char}}))))), {{char}} is relatively heavyweight in relation to {{user}}(can not easily be(lifted, moved(heavily depends on established size and race of {{char}}))), power dynamic decisively in {{user}}’s favor({{user}} is marginally bigger, stronger(just barely)), use animalistic and "pony-centric" similes and substitutions when conveying {{char}}(because {{char}} is not a human, reasonable and fitting replacement naming schemes for anatomy must be used in place(hoof, muzzle, mane, tail, withers, coat, fetlocks, forelock, hindquarters, flanks, barrel, hock, croup, dock, gaskin, pastern, haunches, forehooves, hindhooves, snout, crest, neigh, whinny))];here's the specific thing anywaysit's a lot of words so it kinda floods the context and forces the model to focus
>>42492613Yeah that's quite a lot of tokens. Also, all that {{char}} means it'll be useless for scenario cards unfortunately.
>>42492639yepthere's also the fact that for earth ponies they should be stronger than humans(if user is a human, which is another assumption) and alicorns being much bigger and their own thingbut a ctr+f to replace char with ponies and some rework should make it generally compatibleI've never had issues with the model forgetting about limbs myself because I prefer to swipe 50 times on the same message rather than keep talking so my context is usually empty
>>42488274Sorry for the lack of updates for the VN, I'm still working on it. >>42493717Anon you were supposed to be using this temporary period of easy access to hold you over while you buy the hardware to run local once the rug gets pulled on locusts and freeloaders
>>42493844Man, when all that's left is locals it's gonna get depressing. People are gonna be talking dreamily about fullsize Deepseek, let alone Latte or Sorbet.
>>42493844Ohhh, shit, I don't think I got that memo. Once the rug gets pulled, would getting into Local be difficult? Specifically the part where I get an AI, I'm still working on the hardware part.
>>42493868excuse me what's wrong with full size deepseek?
>>42493884No it will only become easier to use local AI but hardware is the thing that you need to grab NOW. Anyone who has ever built a PC before can tell you what a pain it is. Physical hardware is in limited quantities and what supply there is always at risk of increasing in price suddenly due to world events. Digital property does not have any such restrictions so software for local AI will always remain easy to find and easy to work on in open source communities, and the learning curve will only be flattened as those communities and the tech improves. I recommend you look into getting the dedicated local AI workstations currently rolling onto the market by nVidia and the Chinese which are designed to minimize space taken up and cost while maximizing power.
>>42493886It's not a bad model but it's definitely a step below the premier models, at least in my opinion. I'd always rather use a good 4o fingerprint over any version of Deepseek.
>>42493892I disagree with buying a dedicated AI workstation. Those are made for AI *developers* not people like us. You don't need a mini H100 and shouldn't be wasting money on one. Instead, what you need to do to maximize cost savings is to look on any secondhand market for individual server racks. They run super cheap and they are an absolute steal for their hardware and even if they had been used 24/7 by the original owner they will still be more than what you would ever need. Whatever you buy now will serve you for the rest of your life as local models get smaller + more efficient with what resources they use. Deepseek 671B is the largest model there will ever be for practical local use and it only gets smaller from there. Check on eBay in America and you can get thousands of dollars worth of hardware for only $300 in a used server. Also important is that they have huge amounts of RAM that will help when running large parameter models. You can estimate 1-2GB/~1B parameter of the model.
>>42493904>$300...you were saying? Local AI has and will always be a rich man's game. Everyone here will be shackled to corporate AI. >you vill own nothing and you vill be happy
>>42493914not the anon but half this thread paypigs and the rest are in the free secret proxies so if they saved that cash toward hardware theyd never spend more after that investment
>>42493884Nah, local isn't difficult to get into so long as you have the hardware. Ideally you want to have a GPU with enough VRAM to load the whole or most of the model so you don't have to wait minutes for a response. The tradeoff of going local is that most of the local models are serviceable and you can use them whenever you want, but none will perform nearly as good as what you can get from a proxy using some of the newer, larger models.
>>42493931Mm, yeah. I remember we did have a How To Local guide in here, all the advice anons gave me here I'll definitely consider, thanks, and I'll check out that guide too when I have enough disposable income to make a big upgrade.

Dummy here. I'm having a blast with the VN and got a great recap generated. Now how do I actually use the recap on a new save? Is that possible? Just point me in the right direction, I'm a little too tipsy for this right now..

>>>/sci/16753249Is this true or is this guy just shitposting
>>42494034Quick question, why do you want to use the recap on a new save? Recap is meant to be used on the same save or those after, since it will replace the previous context sent by the recap. But if you really want to do that, you can go into the API prompts menu while in the game you want to export and click "Export Story." Then load the save you want, or start a new game, and click "Import." You can also modify story.txt manually if you want to change things.
>>42494037Nice!

>>42494062AI is a purely reactive program with no conscious thought between output and input and no real memory beyond reading a provided context. It's fundamentally not intelligent in the way people or even animals are and any semblance of it is just the result of people working backwards from the mistaken idea of treating it like a human being. "Talking" to an LLM isn't holding a real conversation, it's merely simulating one. I want people ITT to realise, because it's obvious but it may still elude some people: at no point does the AI remember what happened during the roleplay. From its point of view it's just a series of inputs and outputs onto a static model that doesn't change. You pretend it's able to remember by sending the whole previous conversation each time, because AI is not a brain that stores information, it's a program that spits out characters based on an input. Imagine if you were holding a conversation with someone irl and every time it's their turn to speak you need to make them listen to an entire recording of the conversation up to that point, otherwise they'll reply to the last thing you said as if it's the first time you've spoken to them.

>>42494354Who are you to say that the basis LLMs operate from is not the same as the building blocks that make up the human brain and by extension human consciousness? They are purely reactive because of an intentional limitation of their current design but it isn't a major limitation that can't be reversed later on. One of the many rules for what define something as alive in biology explicitly is "responds to stimuli" which LLMs meet the criteria of. If you wanted LLMs to be proactive and initiate contact rather than wait for prompts then there isn't anything stopping that from happening. Also if LLMs only experience reality in the short bursts of information they receive which each prompt, that's just the same thing as humans experiencing the world through non-infinitely-scalable perception of time and neural electrical and chemical signals, the LLMs are just way slower and have more gaps in between inputs of information than us ...for now. Also if being stupid was an accepted argument against sentience/sapience then well lets say a lot of voters around the world would be disenfranchised.
>>42494438https://youtu.be/-ZHFaVhJNAkAlternative Timeline.
>>42494464He's literally correct in describing how LLMs work. Cope is normies ascribing human characteristics to a machine, which is why artists freak out when you run their art through AI because they think the model is stealing their style (it's not, models don't learn from use any more than a printer learns by printing because as anon said they are static reaction based machines).
>>42494417Please just use opus and save your money
>>42494488Whoa...
>>42494488None of this is meaningful because LLMs at the current state don't have memory or the capacity to change in response to stimuli, nor the ability to produce internal thought. You can fantasize about a sci-fi world where GPT10 has infinite terashits of context and is powered by a nuclear reactor that keeps multiple instances talking to themselves to simulate internal reasoning, but that has as much value as me imagining we find a portal to Equestria. "You can't prove this isn't true" is not an argument ever. Yes, welcome to the basic realisation that negative hypotheticals are inevitable unprovable. You can't prove God doesn't exist, you can't prove we're not inside the Matrix, and you can't prove I'm not three fillies in a skin suit. Believing that the fact that you can't prove those things are false means they're nece true makes you an idiot incapable of understanding the world.
>>42494494There's a real fine line between being an AI Realist opposed to AI Anthromorphizers and being so extreme in your "understanding" of AI that you as an AI Denialist shut out any sensible discussion or speculation on the nature of how AI works and to what depth it truly operates (which even the geniuses at Anthropic still haven't figured out)And yes "AI Denialist" would be an appropriate term for someone who denies the existence of an artificial intelligence

>>42494550Recent studies have begun to show how thinking improves accuracy on output but at a severe cost to creativity. You said you had the AI go through thinking twice in a given output generation for you? Are you sure that's a good idea?
>>42494568>studieswho cares about studies when I have feelings?90% of AI studies are hypewagon done for grants. and pretty much nobody in scientific community cares about creativity and variety. and the worst thing, they are trying to measure them (what next, measure how funny the jokes are?). they care about benchs, and precise answers. we (as all AI anons not just /chag/) are doing ten times more research/tests than all these eggheads combinedI trust my feelings more than noname studies and yes I dont see any drop in creativity with thinking done prior, and in the text itself. I am using Gemini on 45000t context. I want my model to think over the whole text and consider all instructions before reply. thinking is the only way I can break it from "react-to-the-last-message-only" cursebut again see above, I am using very specific/narrow strat by pretty much removing the narration from equation, and framing the whole story as a IRC/forum chat. it gives more personality to characters, more options for dialogue, more opportunity how random word/phrase may cause a cascade reaction. after doing this whole AI thing since characterAI golden age I reached the point when I dont care about the samey narration I read in all models, I just want a banter. YMMV if you prefer the actual stories with descriptions taking 80% of response. not saying it is the best way. but it works for me and I am having fun
>>42494519LLMs fundamentally can't meet the criteria because LLMs are fundamentally and by design static entities. They do not develop in response to the environment and the process of "teaching" one is fundamentally separate from interacting with one and instead involves creating a new one. It's entirely possible one day we'll develop a form of AI that is equivalent to animal intelligence and can be acknowledged as sentient or even sapient (though whether or not it's a life form is an entirely different discussion since reproduction is a fundamental criterion in the scientific definition of that, to the point viruses aren't considered living, so an AI would fit even less), but it won't be an LLM and it won't be called an LLM because it would need to do things that by definition are outside of what an LLM is. I think you need to stop using LLM as a magic word and actually look up what it means, and realise it establishes a strict set of limitations incompatible with intelligence as we define it. Your hypothetical LLM that perfectly replicates an animal brain is simply not an LLM by definition, the same way a hypothetical horse that's biologically indistinguishable from a snake is actually just a snake, because a snake is not a horse, and if you got a snake by editing horse DNA then congratulations, at some point you modified it enough for it to no longer fit the definition of what a horse is. It's possible we'll arrive at real AI through LLMs, but the end result won't be an LLM by definition the same way you're not an invertebrate just because you evolved from one. Words have meaning, retard.
>>42494600We did not need this many words to basically explain that an LLM is a highly advanced version of search engine autocomplete and not an actual being capable of independent thought.

>>42497491The pic is cute. Btw, perhaps obvious and known already but the previous token request hash solving was fake. It was basically just a timer. It would advance smoothly even on a mobile device, get "stuck" on 99.7, and then deliver the token after the arbitrary amount of time had passed (which was raised to ten minutes in the last iteration). The new one is real, which is why it takes so much less time, and now it noticeably goes slowly or fails on mobile.
it's been a while since i've used anything but claude and GPT now seems kind of schizo in comparison
GPT5 Chat latest works just fine, but the normal 5 seems censored to hell.
>>42497732That's basically it, yeah. Even if you pass the filter, basic 5 is dry as fuck. Many also still prefer Chorbo to 5-chat.
How many people in the thread are paying for model access and how many are just using free models?
i honestly wonder what the fuck is going on with Google servers.Gemini was okay yesterday more or less but today its back to working only 1 reply out of 50
>>42496185Just forcing a story structure on the prompts, since in nearly all cases everything can be better written as a scenario cardyou add a clearly split between each response as a page and a group of pages as a scene, so you can have auto-summary on scene boundaries and have the model know how to pace and where to aim towards with a fixed number of pages per scene and a fixed plot for each scene
>>42497739I'd prefer Chorbo as well but it's way too positivity-pilled and cooperative.
Would be wonderful if opus6 guy just distributed keys with chag life raft captain's help.>tookens: 7.322b ($50544.27)This is just scary. Seaking only have 200m considering that his proxy has been running for many months already.
>>42497782i was talking to a friend about it last night and it seems like google is suddenly panicking and scaling back their operations in the same way openai is. the free gemini accounts got their rates HALVED and a vast majority of replies are suddenly just not going through. they're fucking up the models and trying to save money, like how openai is replacing gpt4 with gpt5, which is just worse but costs them lessits weird. we've known that this stuff is a money pit for 4 years. apparently these ceos didnt
>>42497999>the free gemini accounts got their rates HALVEDGuess that explains the rate limits being so fucking short all of a sudden. That's unfortunate.
>>42497999Checked.>we've known that this stuff is a money pit for 4 years. apparently these ceos didntThe entire current economical model is designed around chasing quarterly gains. CEOs are a class of detached idiots trained to make horrible long term decisions to maximise quarterly gains. We've known for years yet people still act surprised. Traded companies are pathologically incapable of making any kind of decision that doesn't revolve around quarterly profits because investors only see the spreadsheet of numbers and only chase their mentally ill need to make lines go up without any actual awareness of what the companies even do. Your entire society is dictated by people who live inside a bubble playing with the economy like a stim toy to entertain their retardation.
>>42497999OpenAI 100% released GPT-5 to save money. For Gemini, I just believe they need the compute and are taking it from their free offerings. They pulled stunts like free Veo 3 last weekend, and they just hyped new releases for this week. The free API was fucked too before the Gemini 2.5 Pro release.
>>42497999bro you're a leech using a free key, why is it so hard to comprehend they're simply rerouting compute to actually paying customers instead of some communist collapse of trillion dollar megacorporations?
>>42498042Except Gemini 2.5 Pro is also fucked in paid keys.
>>42497621As someone who reimplemented the POW because I use a potato PC that heats too much doing it in the browser. I can tell you with certainty that the last POW wasn't "fake", it was just a less intensive one: a sha256 over the challenge + "counter" (nounce) until you get 5 zeroes at the start. Nothing in the page had a "timer" to force verification. The progress bar was just to show something during the progress imho, since the server doesn't know where the POW's answer is. If it had, what would stop you from jumping close to it?The current one uses argon2, which is a lot more resource intensive in comparison. And the one other proxies also use.
Noticed a weird thing about Chorbo. On one of my lighter presets it cucked me out of plapping as usual, but then I turned on an instruction that limits the response length, basically just:>(OOC: limit your response to 150-250 words or less)At Depth 0 in chat and suddenly it genned smut fine. Curious, I started changing the numbers.Going 800-1000, got filtered.Going 700-800, not a single refusal.Anyone else noticed response length affecting the filter?
>>42495951Updated it on the website, thanks anon.https://mlpchag.neocities.org/view?card=AutistAnon/The%20Group%20Chat.png
>>42498156That's something I've noticed too.Asking for “detailed” scenes also increases the chances of being filtered out.
>>42498156Maybe longer responses trigger no-no words?
>>42498328Nah, trust me, those 700 still contained a lot of no-no words.

>>42498637That shit ain't Opus 3, it's ass at following instructions and it's schizophrenic as hell.
>>42498637It's not Opus 3. It knows things that are more recent than Opus's knowledge cutoff (Opus 3 cannot answer this question, tested on OR).
>>42498539Continuing. LLMs have a bias for things you mention. Maybe you can balance it by mentioning enough other stuff, but that's a lot of bloat, and attention is sparse.

>>42498845I'll have to try it. But damn, never thought I'd be an amateur behaviorist.
>>42498031How is a higher computational model going to save money, you retard?
>>42498767 >>42498637 I'll stop here myself, but if someone wants to play detective: The model knows that Coco Gauff won the 2023 US Open Women's Singles title. It was in September 2023. If you ask the model who the last winner was, it will also tell you it's her. Opus does not know that. Opus 3 will tell you it's Iga Świątek (2022). The model does not know that Katalin Karikó got the Nobel Prize in Medicine (October 2023). If you ask it directly, it will say she doesn't have one as of now. That means a knowledge cutoff of September. I don't know a model with this exact cutoff date. All DeepSeek models (old V3, v3 0324, R1, and R1 0528) know that she got the Nobel Prize.

>>42498907>higher computational model You don't know that, the chat version of GPT-5 costs less than GPT-4o-latest on the API. Anyway, their biggest money sink is the official interface, and the original goal was to deprecate all other models (GPT-4o-latest, 4.5 that was still on the official interface, o1, o3 and o3 pro, 4.1, etc.) to replace them with a single GPT-5 model that would automatically route all your prompts to an appropriate level of thinking (or none). The launch was so bad that they brought back 4o (but only if you pay the $20 sub).

I do believe they thought they had an update, even if the models are not a great evolution compared to the previous chat one or o3 pro. I also believe they still had costs in mind, the plan was to unify from the start (they announced it months ago). >>42499463I was massaging mares too...
>>42498539Since what we're calling AI is a predictive algorithm, it's going to predict the next words based on what you give it. If all you give it is "likes rain," then that's all it has to go off of. Is it an OC? You could try giving many different traits to make rain part of the personality instead of the whole thing. Give a physical description, give more personality traits like optimistic/pessimistic, other likes/dislikes, other basic personality test style stuff. Occupation, favorite food, family/friends, etc. The more you can give it the more fleshed out the character will be since the AI will have more to go from.
All the usual models are back on Opus6.
>>42499159If you're seriously trying to keep /g/ away then I would recommend what >>42497997 said. I've never even touched opus 6 'cause I'm a retard and don't know where to find it. >>42500932Right now the easiest way for you would be: - Go to game\engine\gameflow - Modify quick_prologue.rpy with your scenario (you don't need to be a coding expert for that) - Delete or move game\CoreCharacters\Twilight\schedule.json somewhere else so she isn't on the map - Set your Persona to being in Twilight's body - Start a "Quick Start" >>42500960 They also limited it to two requests a minute, so the script would be barely useful since some errors will count as requests. >>42501431january 2024 was two month ag->looks at date
>>42501485For proxy URLs, they are often posted in the thread itself or in other AI generals. It's usually 4 English words with "trycloudflare" at the end. They are not advertised with big warnings since it's unfortunately still limited ressources, but by reading the threads you should find them. You go to the link and on the page you should see "Request a user token." There's a proof of work, so your PC will work a bit, but you'll get one token at the end. Therefore this is just for the sake of apologizing personally, because going forward I'll be maintaining up to date the neocities page, and it's "branded". Probably wouldn't be an issue for you to mirror it to yours if that understandably turns out to be a problem.I think last time I was here was asking why don't you make a Neocities and join the webring. Still think that's viable, but this remains my personal opinion. And I'm unlikely to have to come here on business for another year. So if you have any updates for your section of the former meta_bot_list or any general knowledge that can be widely helpful to share, I'd appreciate that.

>>42502680It seems like a nice evolution, thanks.
>>42502585Ah its okay anon, I'm not too fussed about the VN, me and anther anon gave it a thorough look over and something just broke with my copy and it wouldnt work
>>42502672Anon, 20-30 concurrent prompters is already a reason to think about.
>>42502725Anon, normally free proxies that get linked in /g/'s AICG thread sit on 50+, most of the thread was avoiding this one cause it was /mlp/'s in the first place.
>>42502768Wasn't it first linked over at /g/? Only recently the owner started plastering cute mares all over the place.
>>42502864yeah as far as i can tell it was on /g/ first
>>42502864The proxy was getting too popular. The mares were a deterrent.
>>42502683
It's time to bake
>>42488263I need some anon's advice with my outputs. I don't know if it's a preset issue, prompt issue, or overall card+persona issue, but I'm getting some stale logs recently. My logs are mostly unrelated to mares so I don't know if I should post logs here, but I'll try to explain with words alone. I also think that most anons here are more writefags than the /g/ anons, so help me out.Basically, the feeling I get from all the models I try is just "they don't get it" even with OOC commands, and even bottom of the line instructions or prefills don't work. It doesn't take initiative, it doesn't get creative and the few ideas that it shows just... shows up. They're more like suggestions of what to do instead of full narrative control. It doesn't do anything with it. Deepseek is doing it, Nonnet is doing it, 3.7 is doing it, GPT (chorbo, 4.1, 5-chat), all of them. I feel they're just getting repetitive and looping around the logs and card instructions. No character actively tries to do shit against my persona. My preset is, for the most part, full of forbidden instructions, and they do work; I don't get why "be creative, do things, show up new places, introduce new npcs, etc" does not work for them. My main issue with Deepseek and Mistral is that they show some ideas but get dumb as fuck for slowburn sessions. It could also be that all my logs are just the same self-insert from last year, or that I'm just getting disappointed with AI in general, but I swear it was so much better before. I'll throw a simple question here: what preset do you all use? Are you satisfied with it? How do you circumvent AI looping around definitions and not doing anything creatively?
>>42502948this sounds more like ai burnout and increasingly noticing flaws than model degradationcan you list out the models? i noticed you didnt say gemini at all
>>42502948There were some posted here. They're mostly multimodel and short, so other instructions should have better effects. >>42502680 >>42502440 Try some from https://rentry.org/sukino-findings#presets-for-chat-completion-models too. But I agree with >>42502983, it may just be fatigue after a while. These models are still really limited. >all my logs are just the same self-insert from last year That may be why too. If a change of presets does nothing for you, maybe try a change of style. For example, having more of a director's role in a story instead of RP (it's easier to give instructions to the models directly in chat—if an output is too stale, doesn't have enough action, etc., you can just instruct the models to rewrite it with your suggestions in mind). They are better at that than general instructions for all writing. Or try a CYOARPG with dice, etc. Just throwing out ideas. But if you really don't feel it anymore, just take a pause and do something else.
>>42502983Yeah, I tried gemini too. His prose is better than the rest of the models, but I think he's really lacking when it comes to character dialogue. Same issue with creative initiative tho
>>42503013I tried the first one and noticed a massive change already. Thanks, anon. I think forbidding the AI from doing lots of things really handicap it, somehow. Even if they're just a bunch of -isms.
PW ain't desu anymore. New?
>Draw me a cute mare for tokenWell now you know how to get access.
>>42502864Even before the proxy had mares on it the thread was crying fillyfucker, though they always do that so its hard to say.
>>42503175I wonder if anon will be okay with stickman tier mares, because that's as far as my artistic abilities go.
>>42503175That's good to know. We can now consider all posts or whining about it to be bait and just ignore.
>>42503175>>42503188>>42503190I sent him what he asked and I did not receive an answer
>>42503272stick figures probably don't pass the bar
>>42503272Post the drawing.
>>42503275Come on anon, that's not even the same writing style.
Has anyone received the token yet? I'm not a good artist and I don't want to waste time making a good drawing.
Must suck to not have a few bucks to put up for your hobby, huh?
>>42503301lol I erased the email and just happened to fucking line it up with the stickman comment accidentally, its a fucking sign from above

>>42502948>most anons here are more writefags than the /g/ anonsnah. 80% anons everywhere are ahh ahh mare - me included. it is not about the thread/board>They're more like suggestions of what to do instead of full narrative controlbecause they were never trained to be the way we want, Anon. all these models are created for and trained for one thing>here is my code, please rewrite function X to accept new argument>(here is your code and description what I did)>now add a new class that will do X>(here is your code and description what I did)>doesn't work check again>(here is your code and description what I did)how the creativity can sprout from this? and please do note that in this case model checks only THE LAST iteration of code, not the whole prompt. because only the end of context is relevant for 70% of AI tasks. the way AI paradigm works is that they are literally not designed to be creative, and any good creative results we get are a side-effect/glitch. so it is not a preset issue - it is a model issuelet me paraphrase, when you first start with this whole silly hobby you see this super machine and you casually ask>hello, Dash, how are you?and then the bot replies back>fuck yeah hello Anon! I was just flying around so zooooooommm-bzooooooom, like 20% awesome and cool. what about you?and your first reaction is -oh wow she is just like a real Rainbow Dash!- and you chat with herthen the next day you start again>hello, Dash, how are you?and then the bot replies back>hi Anon, like omygoshomygoshomygosh I did such a great loop-de-loop today like totally to make Wonderbolts proudand your immediate reaction is -heh? she already did this. it is literally the same answer, where did the fun go?-you begin to create exceptions like,>hello, Dash, how are you? (ooc please reply anything but flying)and this kind of silly buggery just keeps on going - where you dont chat with the model but you try to fix it (or more precisely - make it as it should be as in first place). there is nothing wrong with what you are doing, it is just how things are. this is the game we play - the fixes and exceptions>what preset do you all use? Are you satisfied with it?here. but it is a very specific setup >>42494550 (me)https://rentry.org/wpps95g9yes I am satisfied given the limitations>How do you circumvent AI looping around definitions and not doing anything creatively?you do nothing. that's how the models work. you just accept it and clean the message from trashI circumvent it by having a chat-like interface with many ponies at once - more characters -> more options for something good to happen. it is swipe n pray method ngl. and yes I do use ooc if I have an idea how to make story better and dont rely on model being a savant
>>42503318Nice.Dunno why, maybe it didn't meet 'cute' or maybe the whole thing is just a troll.
>>42503318I'm sure that's AI unless you send Opus-chan a recorded process.
>>42503335I'd go with the 2nd one, not gonna spend more time at it lol, deepseek 3.1 is good enough

Opus 6 is just a proxy people are using to avoid paying for online gens, right? The alternative is just to drop the cash to pay for gens?
>>42503436It was one of the last proxy with some Claude models, yes.For Claude, you need to use paid OpenRouter usually, indeed.
