She got pregnant with my foal and the director didn't want to bother trying to explain it in-show so she got the boot

There was a season 5 episode concept that got turned into The Saddle Row Review where she was supposed to come to Ponyville and upstage Rarity by selling tail extensions and it was up to Rainbow Dash and Applejack to stop her. This episode was also supposed to be a predecessor of sorts to Canterlot Boutique, with Rarity announcing her opening of a Canterlot location at the end of the episode. It was weird that she never came back considering McCarthy sited her as one of her favorite ponies.

Rarity used her political influence to have Suri disappeared. She spent the rest of the show in the Royal Guard rape dungeon as a broodmare and training aid for rookie interrogators.

Not true, she's in The Gift of Maud Pie in the background.

Good ponies get rewarded from time to time.
