I can't believe anyone wouldn't like the coco heart episode, it boggles my mind, it has three different scenes which are top tier. Bulk intro and Derpy scene. Shining and Cadence and Coco scene, and the Derpy pissing scene.Worst to least worst. Be in awe of my safe picks and mediocre taste.1. Fights a clown, Arenos is slightly better now but he was poor when introduced, cringe brony music, only episode I disliked.2. Outbreak. I think Care Package is interesting to watch, and I thought Clean Sweep was fine. The ones I actually dislike are Braeburn and Mac, they are neither interesting to watch nor funny on their own. Didn't care for everything between the song and Luna showing up. But I didn't hate it.3. Soarin and Braeburn, I keep forgetting that this even exists honestly, so it can't be that good.4. Applejack and Rarity leave. The peak of Twilight as being boring lesbian relationship horse, tainted for me because of that.5. Infection. Again, I actually like Care Package as an interesting and hateable character and his scenes in this were good for me, but it lost points for the brony music and some boring sections.6. Death of Trixie, I like it, but I never watched that anime so I don't rewatch the stuff after the great musical number, first half was okay, less than the sum of its parts for me.Best in no particular order are DoTS, Braeburn Wedding, Bowling, and Sweetie Belle in love. All of them are just a long string of exceptionally good and rewatchable scenes. Then there is a powergap, i'll make Flawless Farts my 5th and the G5 episode my 6th.

Since anons are listing their top 5 worst episodes ill contribute mine, starting from the worst:1. Soarin and Braeburn. I've made many posts detailing why this is the worst episode so instead, ill just say that I wish the first 25 minutes could be salvaged into a better movie or made into its own episode and just delete the rest.2. Death of Trixie Lulamoon. Like S&B, it has a good start but then plummets halfway through as soon as it leaves the ice planet. The anime references are lost on me but I can at least respect the effort put into them. A very disappointing resolution to the stolen hearts plotline and its a miracle tamers12345 managed to redeem Mari~ in the Flawless Farts movie.3. Applejack leaves the Farm. Its probably the most inconsequential episode following the worst parts of Shattered Harmony with another disappointing resolution while also just being boring and subjecting us to that HORRIBLE granny smith voice that tamers rightfully ditched after. Its sole redeeming factors are the lewd shots and Flawless being cute.4. Hearthswarming Eve in Manehatten. Better than Soarin & Breaburn but still has long gaps of being really boring (the entire scene with news ponies being being a total unfunny waste of time) and has imo the worst fan song used.5. Twilight Sparkle Commits Arson in the name of Princess Celestia. For me, this was the beginning of the downfall of the Soarburn arc and sealed Braeburn as the actual worst character. It has some funny bits with Twilight being an absolute sociopath but otherwise; an absolute horrible ending that the characters concerned never recovered from.Honorable mention,Outbreak is overhated here but the addition of Clean Sweep really makes you wonder why tamers even bothered adding Future Soarin to the cast in the first place. Could potentially be redeemed in the future

Think about itHer mom died shortly after giving birth, her dad wanted to cover up her birth, she's been manipulated by Glimmer into being her toy, and was burned/traumatized by Trixie's magic to the point where she refuses her help. Mari probably never knew what love feels like. But now she's living in a loving (if not a bit unhinged) family with her sister. I can't imagine how she felt after Trixie offered her a spot on the bed. Mari is going to become the focus of the yuri/straight episodes. I trust Tamers' enough to deliver.

I want to protect her smile!I also want to go ahead and list my top 5 episodes; I didnt include them in my previous list because its not a very interesting list as I figure most people here like the same episodes:1. Twilight teaches Trixie the magic of friendship wether she's like it or not. For me, this is THE definitive tamers mlp episode. It has everything you could want; cute and silly ponies doing cute and silly things, funny and frequent jokes, good pacing, and arguably the peak of tamers mlp artstyle before they became what they are now. The ending is still my favorite because of how sweet and wholesome it is.2. The Death of Twilight Sparkle. Need I say more? The only reason is not #1 is because its not as impactful if you hadn't seen the twixie moments leafing up to it.3. Rainbow Dash Performs the Sonic Rainboom.4. Flittershy's Hot Pot Party. Another overheated episode imo. Its effectively a sequel to the previously listed episode and they both end on really strong notes. This era was the only t me I liked Soarburn and its a shame it crashed and burned so hard.5. The bowling episode. What else but bowling? Its probably the best SoL episode and we're always hoping another equally as good. This also the point where tamers course corrects Blueblood and Shining Armor from being a failed bardonic expy. In hindsight, I personally consider Shining Armor in the Unicorn Con to have basically hit rock-bottom in his life and tamers, perhaps unintentionally, directed a healing journey for him that resulted in the latest episode where Shiny gets an honorary sister, a top tier horse harem, and got saved from effectively trooning out. Good for our boy, right?

The reason it's bad in RR+AJ is that it follows strangely from the previous episode, which was mega epic in a way that simply reset at the end and needed something to wrap it in a tight ball of themes, and the AJ+RR episode was literally a B plot in that episode. On its own, it fails to make up for the expectations put on it due to the failure of shattered harmony, and so feels like an anticlimactic wet fart. The episode is good, it's great, it's got jokes and grannie gets blasted in the face. On it's own, there's nothing wrong with it. If it were properly stitched into the story of shattered harmony, then the conflict between chrysalis and shining could mirror the conflict between AJ and rarity in a great way. The reveal given by Luna could mirror the refeal given by grannie smith. The magical love-loop which protects both cadence and chrysalis from harm would mirror the affection that keeps AJ and Rarity from killing eachother. AJ +RR could be a perfect addition to shattered harmony. Instead, it's on its own.It's not particularly fair to blame the episode for your own emotional state at the time of watching, and that easily explains why people hate particular episode when most people don't.
