Sweet Apple Acres is an ideal living place for a human in an HiE scenario. AJ and Rarity are the best suited to taking care of a human.

>>42521714Exactly. Plus Fluttershy's cottage and Sugarcube corner are both too small to realisticly house a guest long term. There's a ton of ponies living at Sugarcube corner and the run a store out of it, and Fluttershy has to sleep on the couch when she has the CMC's over. Radinbow's house is just straight up to inaccessable to humans, and the Library is a bit small. Sweet Apple Acres and Carousel Boutique are really the only ones that can really keep a guest like that, and like you said, provide employment that doesn't require specialized skills. Plus, both AJ and Rarity keep carnivores as pets, meaning they keep regular supplies of meat in their houses, which means they would more easily be able to provide for a human's dietary needs than the others as well.I've thought about this quite a bit, and I really see AJ and Rarity as the most viable options for a human.
