as for critique, previously you kinda left too much space on either side of the eyes, now you left too little. don't worry about it though, dialing that in is always tricky.
You also kinda put one foot directly behind the other, which is something I do all the fucking time.

Good work. Hands are something most artists will struggle with for a long while. I think the general idea is to start with the hand as a block and then mold the fingers out of it. The middle and ring fingers are often drawn touching to help with the awkwardness of open straight fingers.

I've heard that it's really helpful to draw from life. Get yourself a poseable skull (not necessarily lifesize) and a hand model, and practice drawing these in every position and from every angle. Also, draw living models, both male and female and especially nudes. Drawing models is such a common exercise that lots of places offer it, even places that aren't art schools. (And no, drawing nudes is not a sexy activity.)

You can drop the catboxed images directly on the prompt box for stability matrix. The ones posted directly through 4chan don't work for some reason. There are ways to directly get the meta data for other systems, but I don't know how to do that.

Most image generators save prompt information in the image metadata. 4chan removes all image metadata, so you need to get an original off of catbox. If you use the same image generator, you can usually drag-and-drop and it'll work fine. If you use a different one, you'll have to look at the metadata manually somehow and figure it out from that. This won't work if someone is dynamically creating prompts or loading them from files, but I don't know if anyone here does that.
