- in your brain your thoughts are all over the place but speech is contained in linguistic cortex, so tunneling your thoughts throughout linguistic cortex it's a separate skill to level up(it's not free unfortunately).
- assumptions- your thoughts make perfect sense because your mind automatically fills in the blanks, but when speaking/writing these fills are absent. you need to figure out which blanks you need to explicitly fill in but for that you need to think not about yourself but your readers. which blanks they can fill in themselves? which blanks only make sense to you. if unsure, fill in the blank and trim it later.
- calm your mind. beating yourself up and fueling your anxiety by trying to run away from anxiety-inducing thoughts degrades your capability to communicate. the more you avoid anxiety-inducing thoughts and survive while doing it, the more your brain learn that its a "good anxiety" that "helped you avoid death". even when its about thoughts like "this proves that nothing is good for me" which absolutely do not pose risk of death and avoidance of them gives you a net negative result by depriving you of opportunity of growth while "saving" you from nothing but a momentary discomfort.

Thanks for the altruistic sympathy. Maybe I should make peace with the fact that I am quiet by nature. I theorize my lamenting aversion to this "fact" (logic again) stems from my perception of quietness as equating to shyness, and shyness to unhealthy inwardness. I recognize I am prone to social isolation because I enjoy solitude and also take care to keep my affairs in order, that way I seldom truly need to extend beyong my comfort zone, which although is something I have done numerous times to success. But in the end I end alone. Not because I detest people but because I just dont feel belonging, ever, and falseness to myself is unbearable. Once again I rationalize my feelings to no avail. I take your considerate input to heart tho.

That's definitely not something a person really should be bearing, at least not when it is not about physical self-preservation. The feel of belonging can be build(and its not something merely found) only when you feel true to yourself, when you feel like a based pone who accepts all your current feelings as your real current feelings and who then acts based on your own values. Any good change requires acceptance of where you currently stand.

Hold all your feelings gently like a butterfly, no matter how bad, good or forbidden they are, but let them only take control and drive you into direction of your deep values.

I personally subscribe to a belief/religion that our afterlife is shaped by our minds and desires, no matter how shit and self-defeating those might be. And as such it's our mission on this planet to discover what our deepest values actually are and align our desires and actions with our most true, most deepest values to increase chances of building up mare-heaven for ourselves as opposed to some lame shallow coomer-jaded-control-freak-hate-shit-pilled afterlife.
