Pinkie scares me.I don't want her knowing my date of birth or where I live. I don't want her breaking into my house to throw a surprise party. I don't want her following me around town until I capitulate to her whims.
>>42564445she may be scary but at least she's not a self centered sociopath, so you can always reason with her. the moment you were honest with her about how you feel she'd do what any reasonable pony does and go through a bout of steep, unrelenting depression, spiral into deep self hatred and paranoia about her likability and worth as a pony, contemplate suicide while isolating herself, then eventually get over it leave you alone.she's a good mare after all
>>42564445>I don't want her knowing my date of birthcan you even convert Gregorian calendar to the one used in Equestria?
>>42564478>"Oh, Anonymous. Yesterday I was feeling a little under the weather so I decided we'd skip that day, I hope you don't mind."
>>42564445It's cute that you think you have a say in the matter.
>>42564445Even if you never told her when your birthday is, she'd find something else to celebrate instead, like the anniversary of the day she first met you or something.
>>42564445Then give her to me, idiot.
>>42564472>"she's not a self centered sociopathhow do we tell him?
>>42564502"Thank you, Princess.">Her smile disappears instantly, leaving her with a look of concern>Not even confusion>"What do you mean, Anonymous? Why in Equestria would you be thankful for that?">She nudges ever-so-slightly closer, almost looking tempted to extend a wing your way if its twitch is any indication>Are you really just going to say this?>Something about this pony makes you feel so unguarded, like it'd be a crime not to share with her what's in your heart"It's just... I've seen how important birthdays are treated here, when—back home—after you grow up they tend to become less and less something to be excited for. I started to hope that no one around me would mention it, and even less that I was gifted for it. I know it's silly...">Her expression has softened dramatically, and she's visibly fidgeting almost imperceptibly>This is likely when she would scoop her little pony up and coo their worries away, but you suppose she doesn't find that appropriate here>"I... I see. I have to say, that makes me sad to hear, but what's normal to you and I have no reason to correlate given our vastly different origins. Still, I think we can both agree that being excited for something as innocuous as a birthday is preferable to being anxious of it, wouldn't you say?">She smiles warmly, and your heart warms up right along with it>It's so simple the way she says it, but you can't deny how true it is"You're right... I have to go and find Pinkie Pie. I've been avoiding her, and I can only imagine how its made her feel. Thanks again, Princess.">This time, you lean in embrace her, something she doesn't hesitate to return>"Anytime, Anon"

>>42564445I find pinkie to be lovely.I want her knowing my date of birth or where I live. I want her breaking into my house to throw a surprise party. I want her following me around town as I go with her whims.
>>42565974...to respect my boundaries.
Pinkie is a little creepy, but she is trustworthy. I don't think you have to worry about how she stalks you or what she's doing with your information. Although I can understand being annoyed by surprise visits or her persistence when she wants to hang out with you.
>>42566973Is it okay to stalk someone and harvest their PID if you don't pose an immediate threat to them?
>>42568192Why wouldn't it be?
>>42568195It's scary...
>>42564445You must be some sort of homosexual. I'll take her if you don't, queercakes.
>>42568192I don't think it's about threats. Glowies, for example, are not an immediate threat to me, but I clearly don't want them or their shameless mass surveillance to exist in the same world with me in any way or form. Come to think of it, if I could press a button and replace them with a serial killer who would watch me, I would press it without any hesitation, both because it'd be more personal this way and because I have much better chances of killing him for good in self-defense than of somehow eradicating all spy agencies on the planet. Or put it this way: you have to choose between two mares who'll watch your every step for the next few years. Two original characters, fresh as dew and generic as toasters. Both are competent and friendly, but one is certifiably harmless and the other is known to get into bar fights for fun. Does this difference affect your preferences? I don't think it affects mine. I'd ask who of them is funnier to be around. It's not about threats, it's about intimacy.
>>42564445>Pinkie scares me.she's good but okay>I don't want her knowing my date of birthdifferent calendar so who cares>or where I liveI don't think it's possible to hide that part of your informationimo it's rather easy to know where town's only ape lives>I don't want her breaking into my house to throw a surprise partytell her that men kill people for unauthorized entry on their property (or put a sign, idk)>I don't want her following me around town until I capitulate to her whims.you clearly need to master the skill of not giving a single fuck
