word of advice
if u ever wanna have an easy big meal while camping, get a friggin 5lb bag of potatoes, cut em up at camp, put em on a aluminum foil sheet, then cover it in those DIRT CHEAP taco seasoning packets u can get fuckin ANYWHERE
then just wrap it up and put into the fire, make sure it's wrapped well u don't want any steam leaking out or for a bunch of heat to escape
after an indeterminant amount of time pull it out with two sticks by just pinching it between em and open it up
obviously without a solid time frame for cooking i would always get a little bit of burnt potato on the edges and bottom but litterally everything else, which was 95% of it was completley cooked through, soft, and a god tier meal to have when camping and hella cheap too with nothing complicated or any hard barriers like needing to cook it X amount of minutes so you could just fuck off and come back with a solid meal ezpz

Id be able to bring a bunch of tents and a few cots for transient anons. I have enough space in my tents to fit maybe 8 anons.

My family used to do a "tent city". it was like 4 tents covered by an pavilion tent. It was comfy and fun. It might be cool if we did something similar.

What if we camped at a trailer park or a KOA location instead of risking braving the mosquitoes and ticks? A campground my high school friend went to every year has a trailer park that they rented trailers at.

Oh wow! I thought about this alot myself, living in rural Colorado backpacking and camping trips are part and parcel of the living. Colorado has some advantages in way of a massice tourist industry catered towards the outdoors and the massive flight hub of DIA. Gun laws are kinda a shit though. I personally voted Wyoming and Colorado.

Anyways. Im concerned about the logistics of a event like this. Would it just be a glamping site with preestablished facillities and actually built up roads in? Or is it gonna be proper innawoods where Anons have to physically exit their vehicle and hike X amount of distance to a camping site? If the ladder, I can forsee waste cleanup being a major issue. Even just 40 people produce ALOT of waste and need alot of food/water. What are plans for the inevitable injuries and retards not bringing good gear/enough food? It can obviously all be accounted for, not saying its impossible, just a worry.

I'm not from Burgerland and I won't be able to go, but wouldn't it be better to do something like the Euro Horsefucker Meetup?
Rent some cabins in a secluded area and, if everything goes well, maybe do a full camping trip next time?
I feel like camping would be too rushed, considering that most anons won't have much experience + there will probably be twice as many people as at the Euro meetup + I doubt that all the anons have camping equipment and buying everything you need can be daunting, and what if someone's tent breaks or something? Anons who have never camped before will underestimate the equipment they need and will always find themselves missing something, implying that what they buy is either the right thing or not super cheap.
Cabins guarantee beds, comfort against the weather and mosquitoes, bathrooms and showers, a limit on attendees, and even the most autistic person will be a little more careful with the stuff around them if they know it belongs to someone else and that breaking it could affect the organizer in some way

I'm sure it's the same in parks in the States as it is here. There are campsites specifically designated as "group sites". They are normal campsites but bigger so that they can accommodate a large group of people/tents. They have water taps, toilets' and showers would be nearby. Something like that would probably be the best option for the first time. Unless only like 6-8 people can go then a normal site would be enough.
