Lazy Dragon of Dragonvale gets an honorable mention because I'm biased for stories like that. Pretty sure most or all of them are fanfics just copied into a book, but I couldn't find a few. Half of them suffer from using the same words over and over as if synonyms don't exist. I really don't think it was worth the $31. At least the cover art on both the front and back is gorgeous.
