Mostly because Rarity's mexican VA also does the voice of Princess Clara from Drawn Together and a lot of video edits were made using the racist jokes she made on that show, plus Rarity being a fancy pony with money, makes easier to turn her into the racist pony, because in Latam more money means being more racist. Applejack on the other hand is seen as a mare of people because she's struggling farmer, and they gave her an mexican norteño accent in the dub.

I commissioned another piece of artwork about Applejack, a comic, based on another very short story I wrote. Usually, the Flashfic contest has a 150 word limit, but this one had a word limit of 250 instead. She had a lot on her plate. But really, though, after she fought two gods on the edge of the universe there really was nowhere else for the story to go but to give everybody an epilogue. No plot threads left dangling and every character got a nice goodbye, it was something special.
