As I recall, I was visiting my brother’s city at the time and immediately afterwards my brother invited me to watch The Rings of Power which had just premiered, and that was a considerably more unpleasant experience than the branding.

Neighborhood.fm is hosted on a website called Citrus 3 for ~$30 a month and has been since what, 2021? I'm too dumb/lazy/not at liberty to self host or set up anything like that. They just switched to icecast from shoutcast and needed to be re-set up on my end (which is why it was down). That's why the programming atm is just a random block til I get a day off.
