>>42713026The main issue with Woona's design is that it lacks the "edge" (for lack of a better word) that Luna has. It is very cute, yes, but Luna isn't just cute. Celestia is cute, but also regal, and her design manages to convey both things. In the same vein, Luna should be cute, but also "edgy"/intense, and that's where her S1 design falters, since it just makes her way too bubbly to have that intensity. I don't even think this is particularly hard to fix, mind you. Just make her mane, tail and wings more angular and sharp, while slightly decreasing the size of the pupils and it would already go a long way to improving it.Just to be clear, I don't like her S2+ design, it looks stupid and I would've preferred her S1 design to be the official one. All I'm saying is that neither is good enough for Luna.
