It's better than Texas's level 3.I'd make it like 15+0 startup, 5 active frames, 20 recovery so she can still realistically use it as a high reward high cost command grab and the lower recovery lets her make it safe in a setup with an icicle if she wants to telegraph it a bit, but the startup makes it much easier to fuzzy jump if you know when it's coming, it can still catch landings but doesn't just blow up backdashes completely, and you have to actually time unblockable setups carefully against pushblock or normal block if you catch someone air blocking.Also unnerf crosscanter, buff tech rolls, buff HKD pre-JDmax, maybe restore reversal backdash cancels at least out of soft knockdowns, and I'd rework red health and chip damage somehow but I haven't put much thought into it since none of this is going to happen anyway.

Realistically is there ANYTHING we can do to get the new publisher to listen to fans? For a start, we desperately need a balance patch that doesn't do anything majorly retarded.
