Is anyone going to ponyville ciderfest? I am, it will be my first con. Anything I should know before I go? Any meetups planned? If I can't find a room share I'll just sleep in the bathrooms at night.

Of all the "traditional" pony cons I think Ciderfest is the better one, cannot go this year but maybe another time

Mare Fair was the only pony convention I've ever been to, do any other cons have the same feeling or ability in which you can just approach random strangers and make friends with them on the basis of "we're both anons"?

I know you're supposed to make friends at conventions normally, but MF made sense because it was a niche of a niche.

Will it have the same magic of anons in halls yelling mares? I guess what I really want to know is if it has community and parties beyond "buy our merch"
