How to Prepare and Eat Linky This is a recipe my grandma used to make for me during my colic episodes when I was a kid. It’s spicy, flavorful and specially formulated to improve the body and mind.Ingredients:3 tablespoons butter, melted2 tablespoons granulated sugar¼ cup lightly packed brown sugar1 egg yolk½ teaspoon vanilla extract½ cup plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour⅛ teaspoon baking soda½ cup chocolate chips1500mg Linky Snowpity (15 100mg caffeine tablets, ground)1 pound ground linky flesh, works best freshly killed1 small onion, diced2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce2 teaspoons garlic powder1 teaspoon cayenne pepper3 1/8 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons pepperStep 1. Mix ground Linky meat, onion, tabasco, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, 3 teaspoons salt, and pepper in a big bowl and let sit for 8 hours covered at room temperature Step 2. Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a sheet with parchment.Step 3. Mix butter and sugars until smooth in separate bowl. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Sprinkle flour, baking soda, Linky snowpity and ⅛ teaspoon salt on top and then mix together. Add chocolate chips. Step 4. Take enough meat mixture from the prepared bowl to equal the size of your dry ingredient mix. Knead together.Step 5. Form dough and meat mixture into one large ball and place on prepared baking sheet. Gently press down to desired thickness. Bake until edges are set and center looks cooked, but still soft. Keep an eye on it since baking time can vary depending on how much you press your dough down.Step 6. Let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy with can of club soda.
