After being out of the fandom for over 10 years, I was pulled back in by my family watching MLP and I happened to catch them watching Forgotten Friendship. I loved it. I was honestly shocked at how good of a movie it was, since I always thought Equestria Girls looked like awful slop and avoided it. But I was wrong and just being judgemental about what I perceived as nuslop. I was especially jaded after they made Twilight an alicorn so I just didn't want anything to do with the "weird human ponies". Now I've watched through all of it and it's actually really good, especially when I compare it to that CGI Netflix movie which was just plain forgettable and bad and made me depressed for the fandom. Damn. Now I want to draw Wallflower. She's definitely my favorite character of EqG besides Sunset Shimmer.
