There was never an official design for her cutiemark because she was always shown wearing a dress. The closest you'd have is an animation error where she's shown with Twilight's cutiemark, so you can choose whichever one you want, or even make your own I guess

yeah, that is adorable. I think canary primary does a really good job at mimicking the style of the show while also making it really cute and hot. I'll try that and it's a good exercise. Not Visual Novel per se, but I've been toying with the idea of a Wikipe-tan ponification to be used for pony-related Wikipedia articles.

I just can't decide what color her coat should be. Her hair would be cyan, obviously, but she has to have her maid outfit, and that already uses navy blue. And what does that leave us with?

Should she have her "human skin color" as a coat color? She wouldn't look right without her dress, then. And Wikipe-tan is known for using different outfits too.

It really depends on what you're aiming for. If you want the whole thing looking closer to g4, then maybe some of the tips given makes sense. But if you want the qt face with the lewd body, keep what you're doing going.
Only critque I'd give is being careful with "pinching" the joints and limbs too small in relation to the rest of the body.
Note in the other anon's pic and this cap how show style keeps the sizing relatively consistent. Legs aren't much smaller in comparison to the body, thighs connect without cinching at the joints. Experiment with adding thigh size without losing mass at the connecting point if you're trying for thiccer.

Pinkie is an easy one, anything related to party works, if you're accepting criticism the fluff is a good detail, which is why most artists add it to their ponies, but you gotta remember Pinkie doesn't have a lot of sharp lines, she's bubbly, so it looks a bit out of place, I don't think there's a way to make it rounder, I'd try going smaller to see if helps, the rest looks good

They all have similar artstyles, all of them similar to the show. And yet, based on the ponies they usually make, the camera angles, smoothness of the animation, topics they tackle, little anatomy quirks and expressions they draw, I could confidently tell them all apart.

Artists think their biggest fans don't realize it, but we do. The best cloppers care, if only they realized it...

You're improving with each drawing, sometimes in pretty small details, sometimes with big ones, improvement is not linear, but it can only come from practice and thinking about the way you draw, what do you like, what you don't like, external resources you could seek out to help out, you're in the right path. As for requests I have one, pick any of the ponies in this pic and draw it celebrating another Colts victory if you catch my drift

I did a quick sketch. I'm looking for external resources but they mostly just say practice and it takes time. One technique was interesting, they said to draw the character from memory of an image. I tried it with this one and then filled in the details by looking at a g4 model. I had to do a lot of erasing. I still stand by what I said though, lauren faust can make some seemingly simple characters but they're VERY hard to draw, it's funny, I'd imagine the ponies would be fans of a team like the colts

you pretty much nailed the face/head entirely, and the shapes of the body are okay too - it's just proportions/relative sizing that needs work. You're doing good.
What I'd suggest is copying your reference 1:1 side by side, and then doing the same character from a different angle or in a different pose. And try doing that exercise at different paces: focusing on getting things as perfect as possible, then try doing it with a 5-10 min timer. When you're going for speed, you're thinking like a cartoonist, and it helps you understand some elements of the design language that don't make as much sense when you're going for perfection.
