Overall I wouldn't recommend the Blackjack build. Melee and guns don't work well together and her stat spread wasn't enough to get some of the better perks. High luck was okay for crits and special encounters. It definitely felt like Blackjack, though. I was constantly getting shot and having to chug healing items, and the drugs I took to boost my PER and DR made me too stupid to interact with others at times. Now we know why Blackjack suffered so much - she had a shit character build.

>>42931076I haven't thought that much about how they look like since it doesn't really affect the story in any way, but I guess I can describe the main trio.The main character is a Kirin, Stream Song. Originally from a tribe, he's wandered the Wasteland as a merc for a year or two before the start of the story. As an excellent shot, he uses a big rifle and prefers to keep his distance - and not only in battle because ponies can't tell he's a he unless they're familiar with kirin. Not all of his tribal beliefs are just superstition as he does receive the occasional boon from the spirits of nature, whatever's left of them anyways, in exchange of an offering of food or valuables. He's betrayed by his employer at the very start of the story and gets sold to slavery. This, combined with ponies' disrespect for his tribal ways, left him just short of outright hating ponies. Especially unicorns.The second character and his first companion is a bit of a donut steel. Nia, short for Antonia. She is a zebra matriarch. Princess, even, as she is the daughter of a queen, but she will ask you to not call her that since she does know that princess means something quite different to ponies. She's a bit taller than average and knows almost everything there is to know about alchemy. She always has her saddlebags with her, full of potions, vials, herbs, mushrooms, and every other kind of alchemical ingredient and concoction. She prefers diplomacy to violence, but is not afraid of getting her hooves dirty if need be and, with the help of her brews, is more than capable of punching though even power armor. She also carries a submachine gun, just in case.Rounding off the trio is Star Seeker, a peppy pegasus mare from a stable. The Wasteland hasn't quite stripped her of her innocence and naivety just yet so she's a bit too friendly and trusting and also doesn't respect personal space as much as she should. She dreams of seeing the night sky - for real, and not just the short peeks and glimpses she's got when she braved the Enclave's wrath by flying up to the top edge of the clouds. She's also the only one who wants to know what happened before the end since she still considers herself a citizen of Equestria - and the Crystal Empire, since she is a crystal pony. Not that it makes much of a difference with the Empire long gone. But it does mean she makes Stream watch the memory orbs she thinks might be interesting and tell her about those, whenever he begrudgingly agrees to it, at least.There's also a fourth character who's kind of a part of the main cast. She's a mind raped green alicorn. Nia captures her with the help of some paralyzing venom and a blowpipe and then experiments on her to find a way to break her free of the hivemind. She's ultimately successful, but has to dig deep into forbidden, dark magic and as a result the success comes at a heavy cost.
