My head canon is that they are not related.They more or less have to find an other siren to make a pack to hunt efficiently.Adadgio is the oldest and finally find Aria.Two is better, but three is the gold standard (for musical harmony and shit).Aria tell Adagio she knows one, but would prefer not to. Obviously it's Sonata.Adagio say "We will meet and raid a village or two to recharge our stones. We will then depart and find a good third member of the pack".The power of thee is intoxicating, way better than two, and Aria agrees for one more raid.Of course, it's the one where Starswirl ban them, and now they are traped, Aria pissed by Sonata long term, and Adagio having to constantly support and defuse tension between both, while providing targets for the pack, as her alpha duty imposes.
