People usually take pictures with phones held vertically, but phones commonly have their 4:3 sensors horizontal. So when you get rid of metadata, you get your waifu stuck on a wall like some batpone or you get matched with an Aussie mare instead.So you need to reorient the pixels inside file itself to be rotated correctly. IIRC one technique people use is opening the picture in mspaint and simply saving it. Another technique that, well, Derpier anons do is taking a screenshot of the picture as displayed in your gallery software on phone, but you can guess it reduces the resolution and quality further. If you use additional software for 4chan, it might have a feature to do this for you.

The landowner of the natural entrance won't let researchers or surveyors in, so the local cave conservancy purchased land from a different landowner directly above the cave and blasted a ~3' diameter shaft ~120' down to the intersection of two underground rivers. That's our primary entrance to negate trespassing. It means I have to travel a few hours before I reach the really cave-y parts of the state, but there's a couple of projects to the East and West of me that are a bit closer. I know a few other Anons around Missouri, and even took one caving last year. Perhaps at some point in the future, we could arrange a watch party followed by an expedition for subterranean snowpity. A few days ago it snowed, then it rained for a bit. That melted the snow a bit and it re-foze over night. This made it so all the snow covered fields where I live are encased in a shell of solid ice (about one to two inches thick) with soft snow underneath. Subsequent days of light thaw and refreeze have made that ice shell smooth like glass and sparkly. Now it is full moon and the moonlight is reflecting off of it like a mirror. I wish I could show Luna.
