Rarity probably thought it was pretty rude that Twilight just left without saying anything, but it never comes up again. Might've made for a funny joke in one of the later episodes if we found out that Rarity was still annoyed with her about it even long after the fact.

There is an animation error with rarity's irises lacking those stripes around the pupils, likely because the pupils are smaller than usual.
