Strange take. For me moments of having nothing to do (which is rare) are moments of just thinking things through, just letting my brain process shit in peace. It just happens automatically and if I'm not too stressed out I can steer those thoughts to more positive directions and the moment of boredom becomes kinda some sort of meditation.
