He can't get over Princess Twilight but he's starting to think all his hopes and dreams of ever being with her again are just fantasy. He would accept the role as knight in the play to try to get more comfortable being around Sci Tw, so that he can move on and be a part of their friend group in the real world, but it definitely doesn't help Sci Twi tries method acting and he's instructed by the director to do the same.
>>43087423Oh I didn't explain this very well but the reason why Sci Twi is struggling with reality vs fantasy is because the logical part of her mind is telling her that going on magical friendship adventures forever isn't a viable future and that she needs a real plan. But none of her friends are worried at all, and her heart is telling her that everything will work out. She's just used to trusting her brain on these matters.

I would be more interested in tying off the universe somehow. Some sense of conclusiveness and closure.By its end I felt like EQG had more potential than FiM did for intrigue and world building thanks to its willingness to use its Equestria connection to create dimensional crossover stories.

They're basically the most morally bankrupt of the EQG villains (or at least that's what I've been told; I haven't actually watched anything after EQG 1 yet), so I can see them willing to do any dirty job for you, so long as you can pay a good price and/or it benefits them too.So like, in the case of two unrelated fic ideas I've had:>With one, they sell Twilight some illegal materials they stole, so that she can then build them a weapon (at which point Twilight cheats them out of it, and they brutally murder her in retaliation).>With the other, Twilight is in desperate need of someone to fund a new magic-based experiment, after her previous scholarship thesis was accidentally leaked in pieces by her friends, and subsequently stolen by some of the Crystal Prep girls. The Dazzlings catch wind, and not only offer her funding for a new experiment, but urge Twilight to pursue a very *specific* (and extremely unethical) experiment; one Twilight can use to get sweet revenge on every single one of her friends (and which will also greatly benefit the Dazzlings' new business venture).
