>>43122268I think the root cause of the warping is humidity slowing making it's way into the wood frame. to unwarp it you could trying to dry it out slowly. a dehydrator on low (below 120f) might work if you have one, or maybe on a hot summer day cover it with foil with a hole on the side to let water evaporate out. non of the several dozen I have warped, nor have I been able to recreate the warping, so haven't been able to tests fixes. I've had 1 other person tell my they had a warping problem, and they live in a rain forest with 60%-100% daily humidity. sorry I can't give you any guaranteed fixes yet

I never ask patrons their age, but some do mention they finally place a commission because they moved out or got "old enough" to have their own place, whatever that means. Fabric can hold the stuffing, but there is indeed a limit of what makes sense. What good is 100 inch plush if it's so heavy seams pop when you lift her? There is also rapidly growing cost. Naive calculation suggests a 100 inch mare would have 3x the volume of 70 inch. It's probably not that high, but still. A lot of work and material goes into plush that large and it's not really a good idea to risk it going "ooops can't make it work at that size". Maybe I am overly cautious. I might attempt larger size in the future. Giant plushies are impressive, but I think 50 is where the "just right" is, unless you are not very tall.70 inch with the tail and mane and open wings will occupy enormous amount of space visually.
