It's generally agreed to be the best JoJo part, because Araki switched from Shonen Jump to Ultra Jump, which means it also went from a weekly manga to a monthly manga, so he could spend more time on the art (which won't really be relevant to the anime but still noteworthy), and also the story and plot. It's got a lot of good emotional payoffs, Stand battles, and overall is really fun.

I remember a while ago I wanted to write a fanfic where the mlp cast got stand powers and set out into a jojo-like adventure. I ended up abandoning it due to lack of interest but I did ended up coming up with some stands before stopping so might as well post what they would have done and such, if only to bump up the thread.

Interesting, sounds a bit like Cream mixed with Man in the Mirror. You could also do some Za Hando shenanigans like erasing parts of the environment. I like the act 2 version a lot actually, if it carried over Cream's downside of the user not being able to see while they're in the alternate dimension you could open up interesting strategies like the enemy predicting where Fluttershy is going to come out and setting an ambush. As well as enemies testing the 'no violence' rule. Would there be limited oxygen in the pocket dimension? Something I'd try as an enemy would be to trick her into bringing a fire or smoke bomb inside. There's lots of potential there.

It's not that you can't be violent within the dminesion but rather that it will be ineffective. You could very much try punching someone while inside Misty Circles but you will simply phase through them. As for oxygen there's infinte quantities of it as to prevent getting hurt/killed by asphyxia. You could set up traps around Misty Circles so that Fluttershy gets hurt as soon as she deactivates her stand however.

Its user is capable of manipulating the consistency of the liquid, the length of time it takes to solidify and the color of it. The latter is purely for aesthetic purposes.

The user is capable of shooting the ponies of the miniature town via the cannon as well as not only commanding them but also determining their size. The smallest possible size for Funkytown's inhabitants is that of a confetti strip while the largest possible size is half of an adult pony. Once a Funkytown pony has completed their task they will go back to the cannon in order to be sucked back into the glass dome. Funkytown's ponies can be killed by other stands and doing so will cause the user's health to deteriorate. If all of Funkytown's ponies die the user will do so as well.

Crystal Waters sounds really strong, it would have most of the strengths of Aqua Necklace while also carrying a lot of utility since it could function as a 3D printer. Do the gems bond with each other? Could Rarity control the strength of those bonds, and the size of the gems? Would it be possible to make a gun with it, as an example?

Funkytown sounds a lot like Harvest, which fits Pinkie well. I would add a rule that clarifies that the tiny ponies can be made visible/audible to non-stand users. That way, Pinkie can send them out as talking party invitations and singing get well soon cards and the like.

For Applejack, I once had this idea of her stand being a combo of something like Hermit Purple/Stone Free/Oh Lonesome Me. Something, like being able to transform or extend her body into roots and vines that would allow her to use them like a rope that she can freely use, exponentially increasing her already great lasso skills, while being able to freely move along her own vines, it maybe could also have some form of plant control over the environment.

It would be a stand that's more focused in versatility, precision and range than sheer power, but another fun thing for me, was the imagery of AJ using her own vines and roots to cover parts of her body, in order to get close and personal with stands of short range and power, using her own exaggerated physical strength to contest with those types of stands. I got the idea from imagining that if Jonathan Joestar ever got to use his stand that was like a Hermit Purple, he legit could use his vines like brass knuckles to contest in Stand rush attacks because of how much of an aboslute unit he was.

Which would be really interesting when you factor in cutie marks, since it can be assumed every pony is going to have some sort of intrinsic qualities related to their marks that you can't erase no matter how far back you go. The bit about it catching them is a really clever addition, it makes it so that turning somepony into a helpless foal is POSSIBLE, but would require a lot of creativity or luck to pull off.

In reality this is thanks to little grey "jockeys" that ride the eyeball when shot and quickly move to manipulate nearby objects as well as changing the ricocheting angles. These little "jockeys" also make sure to bring the eyeball back to its user once it finally stops breaking havoc.

I think it's meant to refer to how long a stand can be maintained by the user, but that was never really used as a mechanic. Remember when stands were going to be tied to breath like hamon but that only lasted for the first battle. Stand stats have never made sense anyway.

In order to access the dimension you need to be dragged by the stand itself, same goes for exiting. There is a constant turquoise mist within THS' dimension.

Well I'm nearing the end for stand concepts that I made. At least without adding OCs into the mix. This is the penultimate stand for a canon character I did:

R.U. Mine appears as a transparent changeling queen with spikes where the holes should be and and a stinger on each hoof and its rear. These "drones" act and behave similarly to stands, although they aren't linked to anyone, effectively giving them infinite range. The stats and abilities of these "drones" are to be designed by R.U. Mine's user, the more powerful they are the more love is needed to create them. The main "drones" that Chrysalis has designed are as follows:
>Teddy Picker
A shapeshifting drone capable of creating wormholes on solid surfaces. They can choose to be seen by non stand users. Killing this drone will undo any wormhole created by them. They appear as a taller changeling whose hooves and mouth are soaked in a greenish liquid.
>Citizen eraser
A leech-like drone that burrows into a creature's ear and mind controls them. Works similarly to Dio's flesh buds
>Empire ants
Appear as changelings if they took after wasps instead of beetles. They can freely generate structures with a material which looks similar to what hives are made of. This material is akin to bricks in terms of durability. It is also very porous.
