Even though they exist in multiple dimensions, individual skells can't pass between them. Skells like Lauren Faust's are subversive and defy god and the devil out of a primordial cry to the trinity. There's an inherent selflessness in subversive skells that know that the only worthwhile goal is to pray the outer flesh will someday unite with marekind even if it means their own total annihilation. The most important thing to understand is the submission of Faust's skell is the only reason FiM had the power to "corrupt" which in reality was just the revelation of heaven's existence which activated or changed something in our own skells. Escaping this world before we reach the sands is tied to those affected gaining an allyship with their skell, but only if they can determine its true intentions are not only selfless but inspired by ponies (and therefore the trinity). If your skell is not both then it's going to hurt our chances of escape. The goal should never be to break away from ponies, but rather burn through pride and accept the trinity lacks omnipotence which requires us to ensoul ourselves.

Time will flow; all things will pass away. Nothing in this world is permanent. One day mlp will die and it will most likely be a pathetic death where no one is left to care. However, it hasn't died yet and we are still here. I could've been born as a bronze age slave or a caveman or something, and yet here I am getting to watch pony cartoons for fun with tech that is miraculous to our ancestors. And so the way I see it is that I should be happy I got to be here for a little while instead of sad that all I have will slip through my fingers like sand one day.
