Also to be clear, I didn't draw it, I just did the quick animation (took apart the pic into multiple layers, moved stuff around, added motion distortion using the liquify tool, added the splash and the additional cereal bits etc.).I can always recommend Blender for quick fun animations since you can just drop almost any format into it while most other more professional video editors require file conversions all the time
