>>43221871This piece of dialogue is actually a really clever joke if you are paying attention. He says "Hey, I'm just here for the food." This is funny because the reader is first supposed to go: "Oh haha, Kevin is fat and is going to a wedding just for the cake, lolz." Real My Little Pony fans know however that changelings are not usually able to derive nutrients from normal organic matter. Here comes the clever part of this joke: In this image, he is attending a wedding and changelings derive their nutrients from draining love out of their prey. As previously shown in the episode "A Canterlot Wedding," we can see that the love in an individual is increased during events related to love such as weddings, thus increasing the chance of survivability of a changeling individual if successful. This changeling is not at the wedding for organic matter that he can feed on, but rather the love of the marrying couple, and that is hilarious.
