I'm well aware that my mental issues won't magically resolve themselves if I'm in Equestria, and that the lack of modern amenities would likely cause some serious problems for me. I'd personally prefer to be able to visit Equestria while still living here but if that's not on the table then Equestria it is.

Long answer: Equestria has a lot of thing going for it, including:- Magic- A high trust society- Relative peace and stability- Prosperity- Good governance- A general alignment with being harmonious with one anotherI think all of these benefits would make everyones quaity of life better for most ponies. The only real down side would be the odd world altering God like Discord making a mockery of the place, but other than that, its a pretty cool place to live and form some meaningful connections.
