Again that's IF we're actually being realistic.At the end of the day telekinesis is way too common and molestation is way, way, WAY too easy to do with it. And it would be so difficult to punish. If you're an Earth Pony getting felt up, it's not like you can do anything to the Unicorn. They can just stop your retaliation by levitating you. And societally, it would happen so often that people would normalize it, and approaching the authorities about it would often yield no justice because it would be happening way too fucking often. Especially cuz the Unicorn can play it safe by only doing it in contexts where they're relatively certain the victim is unlikely to stop it.I'm open to hear why I'm wrong but I literally don't see any reason why Unicorns wouldn't be notorious for fondling people.
Ponies are desensitized to the presence of genitalia due to being nude the vast majority of the time so sexual harassment in general doesn't make much sense to them. They don't really see eachother as sexual beings unless somepony's winking or dropping.

It would in fact be incredibly obvious in most situations which unicorn is doing the molesting. It would only be when many unicorns are using magic at the same time or in massive crowds that it would be difficult to tell.
