So I've finished reading a story were the proces of mind control was involving a mixture of magic/telepathy, the person casting it would "astral project" themselves in the subject mind-palace in which they would had access to different parts of mind/personality that are being represented as a room with different furniture/clutter and being able to affect the subject by mentally editing the elements of it to affect the feeling and connections between the subject and the main character once the subject started to adjust to the subconscious modifications.
Could someone please tell me there is a pony green or a fic that uses something along these lines, because it was a really nice mix of slow burn and relationship progression.

Yes, especially considering there were only Celestia and Luna when FoE was written. Muties are strong spellcasters but their strongest gimmick is that they're a hive mind and will learn from the mistakes of their less fortunate sisters.

My guy was made for a pony Fallout thing that basically took place in the standard Fallout setting but ponified, and as such he doesnt really align with the fic (I think I was the only player who had even read the thing). Basically, rather than stone Cozy Glow with the other villains and essentially kill her, Anon offers to try and rehabilitate her. Since this is the replacement for what would've been her eternal imprisonment in stone, what he's legally allowed to do to try and fix her is pretty much limitless. So he figures that if magic exists, then he has easy access to hypnosis, and is gonna use that to basically scare the evil out of her by putting not-so-great scenarios into her mind.
