How do you play as the narrator in the VN? Is there an option I need to select when going into a scene, or do I just need to set up my persona as the narrator? If it's the latter, what should I write in the persona section? Just "Narrator"?

I can't have a scene at the player's house anymore without it mentioning the color of the bed frame and sheets or how there's a nightstand and bookshelf. Equally annoying is how it likes to fixate on every little thing in the background of the image. It seems like every time I go to Town Square, it's got to list off all the things like the grey-green floor, the black poles, the lavender pony statue, etc. I'm not a fan of that at all.

I can't remember. Is a 503 service unavailable means there's an issue with the token? The host? Claude isn't down right now. I did get a single message to go through, censored of course so my other guess is there's been updates because I wasn't having any issues with censoring.
So I just learned the same caching method for Claude also works with GLM, which makes it damn near free to use.

So if you send a prompt, and then one minute later send another prompt with the same bot and preset where nothing changed other than the latest messages, all of that gets loaded from cache and you pay a reduced price for it.

Sol is surprisingly good. Also helps that the pro sub seems to give you a crazy amount of usage. Took less than an hour to get something working that I could point ST at.I had no problem getting it to output nsfw as well human on human though. It did not like monsters or rape. But for having zero JB that's pretty good.It seems worse than claude on logic and context recall, sometimes mixing up who said what and so on, but still miles better than the chink models.The overall writing style is miles above claude, but that may be just me being too sensitive to claude'isms and that romantasy/fanfic style it loves to write in.

Is anyone else having trouble with the calender in the VN? Tried to skip forward a couple weeks and the confirm button just isn't doing anything

Some versions of Chorbo had that too, but it was mostly if you tried to make outputs too long or on bad snapshots.Nu-GPT seems to have this baked in even more since 5.2 or 5.3; there's a 5.4 review in the archives that talks about this, for instance.
