>>43371513I don't think it's a matter of skill from the workers, it's a job that takes no skill. The suppliers they get their ingredients from is what has changed the taste over the years. Sourcing from smaller regional suppliers isn't as feasible for major chains that span the country, they're forced to rely on Sysco/US Foods because they're able to serve them nationwide at the demand they require. Those two major distributors that rule America have mcdonalds by the balls so they can cheap out on their quality and set any price they want.

I'll remain hopeful she'll appear and even if she's not exactly the same, her base personality is still very endearing. I still have some fun with Tamers' evil version of Starlight despite the very cynical take that removes a lot of her wholesomeness and depth. The thing is a G6 Glimmy would also mean more Glimmy awareness and fanart, even Tamers generated cool art for her from fans, so in my opinion it's only a good thing if Starlight shows up.

She starts by tracing the entire outside of her room, then tracing the inside of the donut-shape she forms, then tracing the inside of that shape, until she forms a spiral that covers the entire floor with pink fur>Even at this extent, Glimmer doesn't feel close to any limit on her length. The limit was the size of her room>She thinks about going outside to test her limits, but banishes the thought. Letting anyone else see her like this would be too embarrassing

The middle of her body was still horrible tangled, so when her front half chased after her back half, it just laid a second noodle on the street>She chases her butt down the road, around a tree, under a bridge, over a fence, under the same stretched out belly that she had just laid a few minutes ago, around a lamppost, and over and around some more existing pink noodle>Getting tired from all this galloping, Glimmer finally slows down>Her butt slows down too>Glimmer's front hooves stop>Glimmer's back hooves stop>She reminded herself that it was still part of her body. It was ridiculous to try and chase it>Starlight hugs her flank and gives it a light kiss
